LGTM, even though current default traffic compression if not specified on
{{cassandra.yaml}} is {{none}} on {{Config}} so I think we should keep it for
users relying on this.
minor nit: you should add the {{CHANGES.txt}} entry to the latest affected
version, in this case 3.6 (trunk). Since this is an improvement it doesn't go
on 3.0.x.
submitted tests and will mark as ready to commit if it looks good after this.
