It'd be pretty nice if we could come up with an installable app that will just do the "Copy from Flash to SD and re-configure to boot from SD" process for an end user. I'd find it quite useful - as a matter of fact I prefer to have my entire system on SD rather than flash, since I intend to load it to the gills with all possible applications I can find! :)
