Community, There is something I do not understand about the buzz. I have 2 chips one for my old carrier and one for my new carrier, they are respectively Claro Uruguay and Antel. With the Claro chip the other person does not listens to the annoying buzz but with the Ancel chip she does. Why could that be? I have a US version of the neo, Claro is supposed to work on 1900 and Antel in 1800. Would that make the difference???
