Yeah, NeronGPS is in the QtMoko feeds and all you need to install it is a recent version of QtMoko and an internet connection. It's native to the Qt framework that QtMoko uses and doesn't need an X server. It has a slightly different interface from Navit and tango, but it's pretty easy to get used to.
