hi, I'm hiring a part-time permanent volunteer group leader. and I don't know, but I've heard that working in Community Gardens is a lot of fun. or at least it would be if it weren't for all the heat, humidity, weeds, fire ants, mud, blights, fungi, beetles, aphids, caterpillars, sunburns, scratches, hard dirt, droughts, floods, theft, vandalism, trash, broken equipment, ceaseless conflict of personalities, irrational ambition, rusty metal, wasps and radishes.
