I found this adapter: http://www.artmix.com/CF_powermon.html but it's
too expensive and it's overseas.  I haven't found anything else
otherwise.  An IDE to CF + IDE to SCSI adapter could be another
solution, but that would add up too and it's much less elegant.  If
someone knows who makes this card maybe it can be found for less
elsewhere.
