Here's the checklist for 0.20:

DONE:
 - rename libconcord/concordance.h to something else
 - remove setupapi.h
 - ask SF to remove the whole examples/ directory (I'll do that today)
 - final test on Windows of current code
 - move libconcord/TODO to /TODO and nuke concordance/TODO

YET TO DO
 - figure out how to handle Changelog
 - potentially disable firmware updates on unstable platforms (arch 3 and 9)

POST RELEASE
 - Update the 'supported models' page to list "config update" and "firmware
   update" in separate columns
 - Double-check for any mentions of "harmony" in reference to our software
   and remove them

"Never write it in C if you can do it in 'awk';
 Never do it in 'awk' if 'sed' can handle it;
 Never use 'sed' when 'tr' can do the job;
 Never invoke 'tr' when 'cat' is sufficient;
 Avoid using 'cat' whenever possible" -- Taylor's Laws of Programming
