[Cooker] usbd broke optical wheel mouse

did update from ftp: ciril.  usbd 1.15
after a reboot no optical wheel mouse
updated from clean install of LM8 cd

P3 500 
MS-6119 mobo BX2
generic optical wheel mouse

reinstalled usbd 1.14 from cd.
works ok.
