I've heard conflicting reports about this.  Quite a few people have said
that it won't come for Linux, quite a few have said it will.  I don't
know for sure.

But real world experience: stay away from the D-Link access points.
Random and frequent lockups requiring a RESET.  Not a power cycle, but a
full blown reset by depressing that recessed button.  We get MUCH better
results from Linksys access points, for example the WAP-54G (combo b/g).
I won't mess with a/b/g APs or cards.  We won't use A at the moment.
