[Cooker] bug+solution in speedtouch.sh

Perhaps this is already fixed, but in mandrake 9.0, using a speedtouch USB modem, "service internet start" gives sometimes :
"error at line 150 in speedtouch.sh 0=0 command not found".

when you edit the /usr/share/speedtouch/speedtouch.sh you find that there is a pb :
*"$RETURNED=0" which is stupid ! the correct thing is **"RETURNED=0" without the dollar...
