Yes.
I have a disordered loop which I modeled in two conformations and number of outliers reported magically goes down. After clicking few times on residues in the loop coot crashes but only when mouse pointer is moved over to the map dialog.
I think that this is fixed in rev 3034.

Also, in this revision there is a problem with sequence dialog - the first ten residues are shifted out of the dialog on the left side.
