Hello,
I see that makesmtpaccess script (and makesmtpaccess-msa, that is just
symlink to it) fails when the ACCESSFILE is undefined.
we do not use smtpaccess for MSA now, and I think that the script should
better exit (with OK status) if this happens.
the following patch should take care of this:
