BTW, what happens with Old-Received-SPF headers when they exist already?
They're left alone. The goal here is to certify that any "Received-SPF:" headers in the mail were inserted by this host, and not somewhere else. Multiple Received-SPF: headers are allowed. If any existing headers do not get renamed, it would not be possible to reliably determine which ones are authentic.
