Each domain can be assigned a password. Then if anyone logs into the domainadmin.cgi program with the domain name and password, they can see and administer settings for that domain only. So each domain is separate. There's presently no facility for managing multiple domains in the same session. You'd have to log into domain1 to administer it, then log out and log into domain2 to administer it.
