While watching my logs reject most everything that connects... I saw a flash
of e-mail addresses and rushed to look at my queue

I take it this means one got through? Just a few seconds later the queue was
empty. :-\ (keep in mind, prior to altering the smtpaccess, I would see
hundreds of these)

yes, here it looks like spam. But I meant the headers from D* file, most
probably D1487564
