Building courier 0.75 from source, and make bombs out at:
courierfilter.c: In function ‘main’:

I recall in previous builds some time back having to specify the mailuser
id and groupid as part of the configure script, but I can't find any
reference to it in the INSTALL file now.
I did see in INSTALL that I should create a user and group called courier,
which I did in order to build the code. So that user and group do exist.
Am I missing something very obvious here?
