Ahh gotcha. CPAN-YACSmoke also has the extra catch that .ppm after the
version number means it gets rejected, after a discussion on PerlMonks
several years ago, as originally M::B was creating them with a 'PPM-'
prefix, which caused a torrent of bogus reports :)
