I don't appreciate your snide question. How would you feel if I
offered this snide reply?
"Stop uploading distributions to CPAN."
Here is my more considered reply:
CPAN Testers results are just data. They don't imply a value judgment
on you or your software. They simply describe the result that someone
had trying to work with your code.
I see that you are taking several steps to opt-out of automated
testing, etc., and I respect your right to do so. It does appear that
nevertheless a Makefile was generated and I can't tell you why -- from
the look of your Makefile.PL, I can't see how WriteMakefile() could
have been called after all the checks you have to exit prior to that
point.
Despite your rudeness, I'm willing to help diagnose the problem, as I
and many of the CPAN Testers have been working quite hard to minimize
the amount of hassle and annoyance for module authors. However, in
general, you may find that bug/complaint emails with a friendlier tone
are more likely to get you a constructive response.
