What is the default full pathname of the distroprefs file for CPAN.pm? Can
someone post a file they use as an example?

for CPANPLUS.pm? Can someone post a file they use?
I see lots of discussion that assumes a lot of knowledge, and I am just a
newbie. Like the caution recently circulated about an ACME distribution.
Sorry if this topic is actually posted somewhere obscure that I missed- I have
