There is absolutely clearly one thing that must happen for these cases:
somebody must write a bug report. (Hint, hint!)
Feel free to go and find every single module that's no longer supported
and file a bug report that'll be ignored since they'll be treated
no differently than CPAN-Testers outputs. I wish you good luck, it'll
take you ages!
