I'd like to impose a consistent size limitation on build/test output in reports. Unless I hear differently, I'm planning to implement it in Test::Reporter (for now) and have it give the first 25k and last 25k of output (with a "[output snipped by Test::Reporter]" line in between"). Does anyone have any strong objections?
