Barbie, can you check? matrix.cpantesters.org should point to
83.169.19.137, but it seems to point to 78.47.225.30 (I think this was
the address before December 2009).
@Nigel: for a temporary solution you can add
83.169.19.137 matrix.cpantesters.org
to your /etc/hosts.
