Just in the last day or 2, I'm getting FAIL reports from BINGOS for (eg)
Math::MPFR, because mpfr.h is not found, thereby causing the 'make'
(compilation) phase to abort. See:

But I'm used to seeing that type of failure recorded as UNKNOWN. See (same
tester, same module, same problem):

"UNKNOWN" is a description that I happily accept - my only objection to
"FAIL" being that there are some peabrains around who think that "FAIL"
signifies a problem with the module when, in this particular instance, such
is not the case.
