Hello Andreas,
Thanks for the tip. I tried it (setup, restart my session and started the
smoker), but it keep asking me for which WriteAll method I want to use it.
If any of you have any other ideas, please let me know.

I do not remember details why, but in such cases I always set:
PERL_AUTOINSTALL=--skip PERL_EXTUTILS_AUTOINSTALL=--skip
