We had a hiccup a few weeks back that caused us to stop processing reports, and we're processing them, yes, rather slowly as of late. We're now only 6 days behind, which is nice (we started last week at 12 days behind). If you'd like to help out with improving the performance of this process, I can point you at the code and offer some suggestions as to possible improvements (parallelization is, I think, the next step in fixing the problem).
