Otherwise, presently the Enlightened Perl Organization is how we
translate money into hardware (EPO reimbursed David Golden for the AWS
instances, for example, and I believe also helps fund the current
ByteMark server). So, if we go this route, that'll likely be how we do it.

problem in the website turns into timeouts on the report submissions. I
