-Caveat Lector- Of course, he includes "No new taxes" and "I wasn't in the loop" and a few others, no? I wonder if someone sent him an I.O.U. (negative contribution), would he honour that as well? (All remittances being sent to a *worthwhile* cause, of course.) Am I seeing too much or is there some concerted effort on the part of the anti-Billios to 'use' children to advance their agendae? Recall that during the J Committee hearing, some of the Republicrat Reps used lettres from their (non-voting, under 18) constituents to illustrate the effect the Republicrats, Starr, the media, and others are having on (young) American life -- via Billio. This, in turn, is being exploited for deliterious effect on (presumably adult) politicians (e.g., Billio, Livingston, et al). What is most bind-moggling is the youngsters are presumed to have the ability to discern and evaluate and analyse and decide on issues for which their years haven't even provided a point of reference. To avoid the fact that Billio is *only* the most publicised "misleader" (yeah, yeah) creates an even greater skew. And aren't these 'family values' types supposedly against child misuse/abuse and exposing the young to corrupt influences? So, now, what do they do? They make a federal(!) case/issue out of it THEN pollute the airwaves with this ... this ... this ... ditty to ENSURE any remnant of decency and civility is removed from the kids' lives. The innocent question begged, "What did the President lie about?" Ah, the Conspiracy of Incredibility: EVERYONE gets a chance at misleading, deception, and losing credibility -- everything's beyond belief, leading to the Cult of Incredulity. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ A<>E<>R The only real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes. -Marcel Proust + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + + ---------- : From: Howard R.
