tonight on ABC News. They stressed that this would be an issue 'in the
future' and tapdanced around the loophole in the international treaty
allowing countries to conduct weather modification experiments within their
own territory.
ABC News then illustrated the positive aspects of domestic weather
modification experiments in the US.
Way to go, ABC! ;^\
