<< The former secretary of state, Jeane Kirkpatrick, and former defence
secretary Frank Carlucci, members of President Reagan's Cabinet, called
for ground forces to halt the Serbs and create havens for ethnic
Albanians in Kosovo. Washington insists that it has no plans to use
ground troops and there is certainly no sign of mobilisation. >>

Aha ... I seem to recall that Carlucci was President Bush's top choice as
CIA director.
The current NATO commander is a protege of Al Haig. All roads in this affair
definitely lead back to the EU's dark underbelly, NATO/CIA/P2/Fascist
Intl/Mafia/Vatican, which includes the Ustashis, and Vatican ambitions in
once-Communist southeast Europe.

Tar-baby time for Clinton, obviously out of his depth as, beyond his paltry
"Vast Right Wing Conspiracy" around Scaife, he now meets the VASTER Right
Wing Conspiracy of George Bush's Octopus, operating on an INTERNATIONAL
scale, even calling the shots in his own administration thru national
security advisors and their "errors of judgment."
(Like the "mechanical failures" and "human error" in the chain of command
--where sat Ollie North-- which resulted in the disgrace of President
Carter's hostage rescue effort.)
