You would claim that this is all disinformation by association but I am still waiting for someone, ANYONE, to talk to me about PARTICLES AND IONS AND ELECTROSTATICS.

Until someone can come close (and this shouldn't be a tall order) to my understanding of physics, I will continue with my own theories.
If anyone is interested, this is part and parcel for the scientific method. We dismiss hypotheses when they are shown wrong empiracly, not because it is more comfortable to contemplate something OTHER than the evidence.
So far it seems that everyone that UNDERSTANDS the stuff Iam talking about is silent. Wt does one say when one speaks and understands the language of the universe (physics) and IT says there is something 'up?' I guess I don't blame the lurkers.
By the way, think satellites positioned with an orbit that keeps them, relative to the person standing on earth, always toward the sun (if they are always in position, moving them (costly) about would be unnecessary, of course with satellite telemetry, laser can be beamed from Nebraska up into the sky, over the horizon from one satellite to the next, and ultimately down into, say, Afghanistan - where the Global Hawk-'rigged' Predator flew its "first" missions). Think 'solar technology is vastly underated' and that either the sun or earth-stationed units are supplying these satellites with the energy needed to excite what has been sprayed (the book The Case for Mars got some thinking so thriftily - with a black budget, one needs to pinch pennies). Often, when this spraying happens (-76 degrees fahrenheit is required for contrails, that is ICE crystals - something achieved only at high altitudes...the one i saw today was so low i could make out its wings, color, over-all structure, much like a C-135) the mixture visibly separates. I want to know if it is ionizing. I am pretty sure that airborne moisture probably travels toward wherever the accomodating charge is in the sky. Perhaps by ionizing it over a thickness that covers several thousand feet of altitude, one could make SkyNet multi-layered which would be great for not getting signals crossed.

This shot is from directly below, not showing things in three dimensions like a shot at an angle would. I can tell you that the puffs you see are volumes dropping out of the rest (an obvious suspension of some sort). The next shots are better.
When this stuff separates in the sky, the part that can be seen falling (seeding?) leaves a dark straight 'hole' in a cloud if it is not a thick one but if it is thick enough, it doesn't seem to penetrate. Is it reacting before it gets through the cloud? Here I have used pictures that have been used to propagate theories that I do not agree with. I use them to demonstrate my own - go ahead, shoot me down. :-)
