I did just that but that’s how I get the error messages that the address is incorrect!
I believe you need to put the words SIGNOFF and CTRL into the body of the email.
Did you do that? If so try substituting the word UNSUBSCRIBE for SIGNOFF.
If all else fails, ask Jesus to help you.
