Ha! You think it is dry in Nevada ... wait until the MIB start the Great
Exodus from Area 51 to Moonshine City.  Better hope there is a lot of
water at the Lunar pole! The huge Fuller Dome they are planning to cover
Moonshine City with should trap it better than a Vegas sewer but still it
has to be a closed and efficient system.

Do we win a big prize from the Luxor for guessing what they are up to in
Area 51? Let's see ... 70,000,000 visitors/year @ $1/ticket. And when the
curtains open at Area 51, whoever guessed closest wins the prize ...
a nice piece of commercial property in Moonshine City.
