TBR's Storch has been asked where he got this information about the
SEC identifying Israelis citizens.  He responds it is from an
unspecified "newspaper report," perhaps in the NY Times or Boston
Globe, that he just can't seem to recall.  A Lexis search yields no
articles quoting an SEC official specifying Israeli involvement of
short-selling.  Storch apparently just made this up.

(Not that I doubt some Israelis were among the many insiders playing
games in the market with their foreknowledge...)
