Elton Parks, Esq muses about the talent in among  college cohorts  
declaring," What a strictly high class bill at Poli's you could  
furnish."

One of these stellar attractions being, "'Rat' Cheney reciting 'I  
Love Little 'Pussy'"

"Rat" may be Russell Cheney Yale, 1904 and a member of Skull & Bones.  
A relative of vice-president Dick Cheney.
