The primary purpose of this site is to provide insider
information to those few people who want to know the truth, who
want the facts--not from spin masters, but from professional
insiders. There is no agenda, such as conservative versus liberal,
Republican versus Democrat. The only interest is to provide true
facts on the arrogance and corruption that the insiders
contributing to this page learned over the past 50 years, including
what they discovered during their official duties as professionals
in government offices and government operations. This is
information that is not found in the broadcast or print media.
IF the information is used, it could provide the basis for
attacking the escalating and tragedy-related corruption that is
mutating throughout government.
The history shows that those courageous insiders who seek to
report the conditions resulting in all types of human tragedies are
wasting their time--based upon the do-nothing reaction of the
people who learn about the matters. However, this site continues to
try, by making the information available to as many people as
possible.
Providing Insider Information to Those Who Want It
Information provided at this site is based to a large extent
upon what government insiders in highly sensitive positions
discovered over the past 50 years, with additional input from
former drug smugglers and Mafia figures.
Much of the information is found in books written by a former
federal agent, Rodney Stich, with input from the dozens of
confidantes who have provided him inside information and
documentation during the past 20 years.
This information is factual, devoid of any bizarre conspiracy
theories, and intended to be helpful in many ways. The information
helps to explain what is actually going on behind the scenes in
government, how the conduct is adversely affecting the lives of

government in the United States, and primarily responsible for most

Than Middle East Terrorists
The matters being reported by federal agents included, for
instance, corruption in government offices that inflicts far more

Gravity of the Consequences Justified Unusual Actions

involved, and did not address their cover-ups of the corruption in
government offices and operations that made 9/11 and other

b.. Lawsuits filed just prior to 9/11, and shortly after,
seeking to report the corrupt and criminal activities that had as
its latest publicized victims the 3,000 deaths from the hijackings.
a.. Segments of the pre-9/11 and post-9/11 corruption directly
related to those catastrophic events.
b.. Links to the documented corruption by federal judges whose
misconduct played a definite role in enabling the events of 9/11 to
occur--and many other areas of great harm.
The involvement of federal judges is far more complex than
stated here. Federal judges first became implicated in 1978 when
they blocked Stich from reporting the corruption in the FAA and
NTSB related to several major airline crashes. As Stich went public
with the first edition of Unfriendly Skies in 1978, and wrote about
the complicity of federal judges in subsequent crashes arising from
their cover-ups, the CIA-front law firm of Friedman, Sloan an Ross
in San Francisco filed a sham lawsuit that immediately deprived
Stich of the $10 million in assets that he foolishly used in an
attempt to expose the corruption in government offices.
The sham lawsuit was blocked by, and violated, large numbers of
California and federal laws and constitutional protections. For the
next six years in the California courts, California judges
repeatedly violated these protections, and then compounded their
violations by retaliating against Stich for exercising the
procedural defense remedies specifically provided by California law.
These judicial acts by California judges--and the CIA-front law
firm--were major violations of federally protected rights for which
several major federal remedies existed, for which federal judges
had the mandatory duty to provide relief and halt the violations.
Instead, a long line of federal judges--who had previous blocked
Stsich from reporting the criminal activities that he sought to
report--then protected the CIA-front law firm and California judges
and blocked Stich from exercising the federal remedies. In addition
to aiding and abetting the scheme to block Stich from reporting the
corrupt activities, federal judges repeatedly retaliated against
Stich for exercising the federal remedies.
To block Stich from reporting the criminal activities that he
continued to discovered from the many insiders who came to him, and
to block Stich from defending against the record-setting violations
of federally protected rights occurring in the California courts,
federal judges issued a series of unlawful and unconstitutional
orders permanently barring Stich from filing any papers in federal
courts.
These orders also violated the federal crime reporting statute
that required anyone knowing of a federal crime to report it to a
federal judge. The orders also converted Stich into a man without a
country as it applied to the rights and protections guaranteed by
the laws and Constitution of the United States.
As Stich discovered additional areas of corruption, in 1986
(October Surprise, CIA drug smuggling, etc.) and tried to report
the federal crimes under the federal crime reporting statute to a
federal federal judge, DOJ prosecutor David Levi (Sacramento) and
several federal judges and magistrates then charged Stich with
criminal contempt of court (based upon being permanently barred
from federal courts), denied him a jury trial, and at 76 years of
age, sentenced him to six months in federal prison.
While in federal prison (including two months in solitary
confinement), federal judges, working with the CIA front law firm,
issues illegal and unconstitutional orders seizing and liquidating
Stich's $410 million in assets (that had funded his attempts to
expose the corrupt activities in government offices).
From 1978 to this date, Stich notified each of the Justices of
the U.S. Supreme Court of the obstruction of justice and other
federal crimes being perpetrated by judges over whom they had
supervisory responsibilities--and liabilities. In every instance,
the Justices aided and abetted the criminal activities.
Obstruction of Justice Justified Suing Supreme Court Justices
Stich filed a lawsuit against the Justices of the U.S. Supreme
Court on the basis of their role in obstructing justice and
enabling the courts to be used in a way that met the legal
definition of a racketeering enterprise. The Justices replied to
the lawsuit, didn't deny any of Stich's allegations, and simply
responded that they were immune from suit.
The charges stated in that and related lawsuits are down-to-
earth facts never revealed to the people. These lawsuits were
unusual, but the gravity of the corruption and the gravity of the
consequences of the corruption--and cover-ups--justified taking the
unusual actions.

Opportunity to Stir the Tranquility of Congress
For those willing to be a little provocative, suggest writing to
the recipients, especially members of Congress, and ask them why
they did not respond to the letters that stated major areas of
corruption with major consequences for innocent people and for the
United States. The matters, if true, were causing and would cause,
or enable, catastrophic consequences to occur. Any member of
Congress could have requested the investigative arm of Congress--
the Government Accountability Office (GAO)--to conduct an
investigation.
The initial reports to members of Congress occurred while he held
the most sensitive hands-on safety position in the FAA, where the
cause of most of the airline crashes existed that occurred between
1958 and 1980, during a period when airline crashes were occurring
every few months.
The GAO launches an investigation whenever any member of the House
or Senate requests it, and then issues a report. Not only did
members of Congress refuse to request such an investigation of the
deadly problems in the government's aviation safety offices
requested by someone who was a government professional authorized
by law to make such determinations, but members of Congress refused
to act on any of the subsequent reports of criminal activities that
Stsich discovered; or were reported to them by many other
government insiders. This obstruction became institutionalized over
several decades, and made possible most of the tragedies affecting
Americans today--most of whom are brain-dead concerning them.
For those who want to be "mischievous," contacts the members of
Congress who received these letters and ask them why they did not
react to the serious charges made in them. They could have asked
for more evidence; they could have conducted their own
investigation; or, they could have asked the General Accountability
Office (GAO) to investigate. They did none of these things,
permitting a continuation of corruption in government offices that
had and continues to inflict great harm to the country, and to
individual Americans. Try it, put their feet to the fire. You may
have more power than you think to bring about changes in the
worsening corruption, lying, and deception that are traits of
American life today.

The Sequence of People Complicit
In the Schemes to Block the Reports
a.. The government's aviation safety offices, primarily the FAA
and then the NTSB and later the Department of Transportation. They
had the responsibility to order the known and long-needed
preventative measures against airline hijackings. As with countless
other obviously needed preventative measures, these measures were
blocked and management retaliated against thee professional air
safety agents who reported the need for the safety actions.
b.. Members of Congress and people in the various offices of the
U.S. Department of Justice, who covered up for the corruption and
the deadly consequences. their refusal to have the investigative
arm of Congress, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) receive
the reports from insiders, made possible decades of fatal airline
disasters and the spread of the corruption to other government
operations.
c.. Federal judges who repeatedly blocked the reporting of the
criminal activities that they were required to receive under the
the federal crime reporting statutes as part of their
administrative duties.
d.. Lawyers and law firms who repeatedly engaged in sham
lawsuits and other legal actions to block former federal agent
Rodney Stich from reporting the criminal activities.

Events of September 11, 2001
The most recent and most highly recognized catastrophic event
caused or enabled by this corruption occurred on September 11,
2001. Details of this relationship can be found in books written by
government insiders, with highlights at this and related web sites.
Insider information exists showing how this misconduct enabled the
events of 9/11 to occur. Another site shows the lawsuits that were
filed seeking to prevent, and then after 9/11, seeking to report
the corrupt activities that made possible the hijackings of four
airliners on 9/11.
The so-called "intelligence failures" diverts attention from the
primary blame areas, continuing in place the deep-seated corruption
and the continuing consequences.
Highlights on major misconduct in key government offices before,
and after, the events of September 11, 2001, that is being withheld
from the public. Part of this corruption played key roles in the
conditions that insured the success of the hijackers on September

Corruption Needed to Understand Today's Corruption

their "leaders" as the October Surprise, drug smuggling into the

accounts for well-known political figures, the placement of corrupt
people, especially the Justice Department, into key judicial
positions, the prosecution of innocent people, and much more.
Without the benefit of this information, the pattern of lying that
exists today by key people in the three branches of government and
their shills in the media, cannot be recognized by most people.

Ignorance of History Results in Repeating Prior Tragedies
There is a saying that is more true today than it has ever been.
Those who forget history--or never learned it--are doomed to repeat
it. And that pertains especially to the younger people who know
nothing, certainly not the details, of the massive corruption
involving politicians, White House politicians, the CIA, and other
groups.
One example is the lying that took the United States into invading
Vietnam, the 58,000 dead GIs, the constant pattern of lying by the
politicians--exactly what is occurring with Iraq.

Problems With Informing the People
a.. The simplistic individual that is a lifetime away from
becoming aware of the corruption in government offices. It would be
a total waste of time to attempt to provide that person with
documented information.
b.. The cover-ups, disinformation, and shilling by media people
that covers up for the criminal activities for which there has been
massive insider information for decades. many of these media people
have been on the payroll of the CIA and other government offices
for decades. Some are too afraid to report this information and
choose the safe path of following the herd. Some have seen what
happens to media people who report corruption in government, or of
White House politicians. Examples are Dan Rather (who exposed the
information about George Bush evading National Guard duty, and was
brought down by a redacted document that the author of the document
stated was true); the people who exposed Operation Tailwind; and
earlier exposures.
c.. The deep-seated culture of Americans to ignore threats; too
lazy to act on known threats, indifferent to the harm inflicted by
the corruption on others; more interested in loyalty to a
particular group or political party than the welfare of the United
States (so obviously with the support for the invasion of Iraq);
afraid of speaking out.
d.. the conspiracy theorists that comes up with ludicrous
statements about happenings, such as in the events of 9/11,
ignoring and even criticizing experts in the field and who had
access to the true facts. Their wacky actions diverts attention
from professional insiders who courageously seek to expose the
truth, only to be diverted or ignored because of the large amount
of wacky conspiracy theories.
