Dear Mr. Millegan,
I recently read your treatise and semi-chronology of "The Order of Skull and Bones" at www.parascope.com, and was impressed by your thoroughness, however, I feel there is something you may have missed and may now be interested in. To the best of my knowledge, there are only two formal "Skull and Bones" chapters in America, and both have close ties with the DKE fraternity, the one at Yale and another at Louisiana State University(LSU). The one at LSU goes by the name of "The Friars," but is in fact the "Skull and Bones," as all initiates learn. In fact, when Bush was on the Campaign trail and spoke at an LSU Commencement, he went into the Friars Chapter room and as all Yale "S and B" members are allowed. The reason you may find this interesting is that recent house speaker elect, Bob Livingston, was a member of this order, as was legendary Louisiana Politician, Huey Long. The Long family and the Friars still exercise considerable power in Louisiana government, and would seem to further some of the assertions you made in your treatise. I hope you consider my points.
Thank you,
James Gill
