AMERICA'S WAR ON CRIME

### In this nation's war on crime, something has gone terribly wrong.
A two-year investigation by the Post-Gazette found that powerful new
federal laws designed to snare terrorists, drug smugglers and
pornographers are being aimed at business owners, engineers and petty
criminals. Whether suspects are guilty has come to matter less than
making sure they are indicted or convicted or, more likely, coerced into
pleading guilty.
Promises of lenient sentences and huge government cheques encourage
criminals to lie in the witness stand. Prosecutors routinely withhold
evidence that might help prove a defendant innocent.
Some federal agents work so closely with their undercover informants
that they themselves become lawbreakers.
Those who practice this misconduct are almost never penalised or
disciplined. "It's a result-oriented process today, fairness be
damned," said Robert Merkle, whom President Ronald Reagan appointed U.S.
Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, serving from 1982 to 1988.
"The philosophy of the past 10 to 15 years is that whatever works is
what's right."
The Justice Department did not respond to questions the newspaper posed
in writing about concerns raised in this series. Nor would it return
phone calls requesting comment. ###
Comment: We publish the above report in an effort to convince members
of the public in the UK that our criminal justice system is even worse
than that of the USA. The police frame thousands of litigants
involved in civil proceedings in order to render the victims incapable
of successfully pursuing litigation. A network of people in authority
targets any UK citizen, male or female, who possesses wealth in the form
of money, a successful business or property. Banks, building
societies, the Registrar of Companies, the Inland Revenue, Ordnance
Survey, Customs and Excise and the Land Registries set up the targets
and collaborate to swindle the unwary. Bankruptcies are the order of
the day. The Department of Trade and Industry condones criminality
via the office of the Official Receiver. The Department of the
Environment Transport and the Regions condones the corruption of local
authorities. Ombudsmen divert complainers and protect corrupt
authorities.
Few citizens will accept the truth of the foregoing statements. Not
long ago people felt that Freemasonry was a gentleman's club dedicated
to doing good deeds. We could never see the point in telling lies.
One little lie destroys a thousand truths.
LLOYDS BANK PLC SWINDLE B A GOUGH
We publish the following letter in the public interest because
our law enforcement agencies have ignored this major crime for around 30
years and will do so again. At the same time we assure Sir Brian
Pitman that we will publish his reply to the serious allegations made
against him. For our part, having conducted enquiries into the
scandal more than 10 years ago, we believe Mr Gough's version of events
in spite of the astronomical sums involved. There is no love lost
between Mr Gough and us but, unlike our Prime Minister, we believe that
we should strive to make fair that which is unfair.

### Dear Sir The Theft Acts 1968 and 1978
Further to the �2.4 billion fraud against this Company by
directors of Lloyds Bank and Slater Walker Securities, now named Invesco
Plc we are advised by the Home Office that this is a matter for the
Police and Crown Prosecution Service.
Accordingly we have prepared a Schedule of Events in the fraud
and enclose a copy for your comments please. You will see from this 55
page document that your part in the fraud goes back to January 1982 when
you were appointed a director to, in your own words, save the Bank from
the consequences of its own excesses.
The fraud arises from the �97 billion world sales of an
automatic warehouse system patented by Gough Equipment and the non-
payment of �2.4 billion contractual royalties to this company.
Numerous articles concerning this fraud have been published but neither
Lloyds Bank nor its army of solicitors have complained about or
challenged any of these publications.
Records show that Lloyds Bank and its directors profited in the
fraud against this company by �500 million through their shares in
Slater Walker and by a further �5 billion from financing the many
automatic warehouses world-wide. It is evident from the enclosed
schedule that in order to conceal this unprecedented fraud the Bank's
directors and solicitors have wrongly influenced High Court judges by
misusing the depositors funds and through the Masonic network.

Comment: Jonathan Aitken was alleged to be a solicitor with Slater
Walker at the material time. We were able to trick J Freeman & Co,
Solicitors, 9 Cavendish Square. London W1M 9DD into authenticating the
following extract from a letter addressed to P. Fatharly, Slater Walker
Industrial Group Limited, 30 St Paul's Churchyard, London EC4 concerning
Chapman Constructors (Birmingham) Ltd. And Others -v- B. A. Gough. It
speaks for itself. Asemaster was the name given to the equipment
invented by Mr Gough.
"As Mr Gough is not prepared to settle this action there is no
alternative but to keep it going; albeit with the least possible haste.
He has offered to provide, at the Plaintiff's expense, which accords
with the Rules, copiers of the 3,000 odd documents in support of his
case. Although this could result in a copying fee of �200, it is an
element of cost which is unavoidable but probably worth-while if it can
deter him from being active in other directions pending the attempts
that are being made to get the Asemaster deal through".
Speaking from memory we recall that the parasitic Masons
recognised the value of Mr Gough's invention and decided to steal his
royalties. To do so they contrived to have his company declared
insolvent when the royalties due to Mr Gough far exceeded the debts of
his company. The insolvency practitioner in the time honoured
fashion, knowing that B A Gough Ltd. had no problems with solvency,
disposed of the main assets of the company while his Masonic mates
deprived his company and him of the rewards flowing from Mr Gough's
invention. Probably the greatest loss to the UK resulted from the
fact that Mr Gough and his family have been persecuted since the fraud
occurred with the result that other inventions had to be abandoned.
THE MANCHESTER CESSPOOL AND GEOFFREY SCRIVEN
Last week we reported how Warrington and Stockport County Courts
were playing Ping-Pong with two cases defended by Mr Geoffrey Scriven
against the Law Society and James Chapman & Co, Manchester solicitors.
The seat of the problem was Manchester District Registry. Mr Scriven
and others have named several judges for misconduct in public office and
Mr Scriven has repeatedly lodged documentary evidence and spoken about
these in Court. Leaving aside the statutory demands of the Law
Society and James Chapman & Co the main issue is fraud. Lord Denning
has stated that fraud unravels everything.
Last Monday, 21 June, Mr Scriven appeared before District Judge
Perry in Warrington Crown Court and again laid evidence of fraud and
perjury. Mr Scriven was satisfied with the hearing up to the time of
the lunch adjournment. Either the good judge ate something that did
not agree with him or he telephoned Manchester District Registry. His
attitude changed and he decided to refer the matter back to Manchester
District Registry, the court that gave rise to most of the allegations
of corruption in the Scriven case and in other quoted cases.
On 22 June Mr Scriven applied for a rehearing of the case at Warrington
County Court. The first sentence of the grounds for a re-hearing reads
as follows.
" D J Perry acted in total breach of his judicial oath, wilfully
evading and ignoring, points of fact and law, offered in evidence, in
order to support the judicial legal Mafia, described, and presented in
evidence, by the Claimant, in his successful appeal to the bench of the
Crown Court in Warrington on 23 December 1998, (Case No A980087, Court
Code 462)."
Let us be fair to District Judge Perry. Both he and his opposite
number at Stockport invited ridicule by passing the case back and forth
between them. Neither judge is going to commit suicide by unravelling
corruption, which would bring down the Lord Chancellor and possibly the
government. Who can blame District Judge Perry for passing the buck
back to the people who were primarily responsible for the corruption of
the legal process?

### The real concerns that I voiced about the KLA and the killing of
the 10%+ or more of ethnic Serbs in Kosovo is starting to unfold.
Clinton and his gang are kissing Russia's ass by dangling that $6
Billion from the IMF before its nose and trying to act like there's a
lot of wonderful diplomacy going on. This is like Kennedy in the Cuban
crisis when they lied to us about how it was resolved. They forgot to
tell us we agreed and did take Our Nukes out of Turkey. So it goes on
and on!! Please tell us how we are going to stop the reverse genocide
that is taking place and really make Kosovo a peaceful place to live in
or, for that matter, how the bombing of the Balkans or any other "hot
spot" brings peace. Throwing money at the problem does not heal the
wounds of war or benefit the ordinary folks who bore the brunt of the
bombing. The money flows back into the capitalist pocket.
Did you read about them lining up in D.C. (Washington) to wine and dine
and pay off the congressmen and the bureaucrats for the contracts in the
Billions of dollars being handed out for "cleaning up the mess we made
over there"? I see here the "poor" people in England are rioting
against "Capitalism": which is feeding and sheltering them while they
are rioting !!!! We and the IMF are throwing our tax dollars away
while the people in Oklahoma City are fighting to get a roof over their
heads. Mexico is under the control of the drug lords like Columbia and
the drugs keep rolling across the border and nothing is being done!
Clinton says no more buys of articles made by slave labor. Notice he
didn't say stop importing these things which are made at slave labor
rates and which eat into the soft underbelly of our democratic system
and kill what little is left of the American Dream. Gore and Hillary
are talking about the American family when they don't seem to realize
that in 55% of the births there is no family, as we knew it.
Well, my head is hurting so I will stop here! A well-regulated militia
being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people
to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed! Joe. ###
Comment: No wonder Joe's head is hurting. A capitalist dictatorship
named "New Labour" is exploiting the people in England and Scotland and
Wales and Northern Ireland. Everything is "privatised" in order that
services can be profit driven and the fat cat parasites can fatten
themselves more out of the public purse. Any protest whether it be
about economics or the environment is likely to result in violence
simply because the majority of the people, including Members of
Parliament, have no say in how they will be governed. The legal system
can no longer be called a system. Someone at the back of the crowd
will always throw a brick at the police.
Joe does not give his country credit for showing the UK the way
to Hell. His country is allowing drugs by the ton to enter USA from
South America whence they are shipped by parcel post to UK which has
also an open door policy for approved cocaine importers. It is also
foisting genetically modified seed and food on countries before
assessing the economic or health consequences for these countries.
What next? Will it drop cruise missiles in Catholic areas of Belfast
to force the IRA to disarm?
MASONS VERSUS MAURICE KELLETT
Here is the latest report on the victimisation of Mr Kellett.
### Two days ago, on 22 June, I cut out some of the tops of a hedge.
If I had left them until next year I would not have been able to manage
the work (Leylandii hedge). I put a fire on to burn the trimmings.
Yesterday at
4pm I saw Public Health Officers leaving Carr's. One of them was a man
named Cope. He is as corrupt as they come. I have a letter published
on my web site about what he did to us around three years ago. The
visitors had parked their vehicle away from the houses. They had
actually trespassed by parking it in a private car park owned by Guys
Paint Spray Company. My garden is around a quarter of an acre in size.
The right of way to the garden for over one hundred years was by means
of the alleyway land subject of part of the dispute, and the rear garden
of Carr's property.
Spedding's corruption barred that right. Now the only way to access
the rear garden is via the living room of my property. It is clear
that Carr is trying to force a situation where all garden refuse must be
carried through my living room. That I will never do. I am giving
the matter some thought and may yet decide to use the alleyway despite
their being an injunction in place restraining me from ever setting foot
back onto it. I don't accept the order as it was made by corrupt
Spedding. Confrontation may be the only way to bring Spedding's act out
into the open. ###
Comment: We say that anyone who grows a Leylandii hedge is
asking for trouble.
Carr is Mr Kellett's next door neighbour, a government employee
who appears to be the person used by the Masonic Mafia to victimise Mr
Kellett. Spedding is Recorder Fryer-Spedding whom Mr Kellett has
publicly accused of being corrupt. The suggestion that the public
health trash trespassed has little merit. Carr would contact the
Masons about the garden fire. They would ask her where they could
hide their car. The paint spray company which is always at risk from
the environmental health officers would bend over backwards to
accommodate them. However we wonder why there was a visit of more
than one prat when the fire was out. It looks as if a solicitor with a
view to obtaining a prosecution or an enforcement order accompanied
Cope.
Even if Fryer-Spedding is the biggest crook in the world his judgement
still stands and Mr Kellett would be unwise to put himself in contempt
of court. This latest outrage is clearly linked to the fact that Mr
Kellett has legal representation in the form of solicitor Charles David
Hughes of Harding, Swinburne, Jackson & Co of Sunderland. (Fax number
0191 510 0334). Mr Hughes should be kept informed of these matters.
It is time that Carr received a restraining order and that the question
of her perjury was determined. The same applies to solicitor Stott
who for some strange reason fluctuated between being a Mackenzie Friend
and solicitor for Carr. Another female solicitor, Nancy Bone, was
closed down.
Late news: Cope, who sneaked into Carr's home, has sent Mr Kellett a
warning letter about lighting fires in his garden. Carr too lights
fires in her garden as do people throughout the country. Mr Kellett's
solicitor, David Hughes, has arranged a meeting for 30 June with
Detective Inspector Coxon and Mr Kellett to discuss Mr Kellett's
complaints against the police. This should include Mr Kellett's
complaints about the Chief Constable's failure to take action against
perjury and misconduct in public office. There is a rumour going
around that David Hughes told Mr Kellett that 99.99% of solicitors "are
giving the rest of us a bad name". We started the rumour!
