At first I thought, "Well, at least he won't have to get rich at the
country's expense, and then I remembered. George, Jr., has a long, long list
of favors to repay. I've read about all the provident things that happened
with him, and it's easy to see he is going to have to do a lot of good things
to make his benefactors happy. Oh well. We can't win for losing, can we?
