The Civil Administration of the Occupied Lands
In April of 1865, the United States successfully subverted the States united within
the perpetual Union of the Confederation under the more perfect Union within the
Constitution of the United States for the United States of America.
The Rump Congress of the United States established its supremacy under the barrel of
the gun. Moa Te Sung reiterated that fact 70 years later. Political power is found
at the end of the barrel of the gun.
The United States created its civil administration as the instrumentality known as
this State, under an operation of law. This operation of law set about registering
all people within the jurisdiction of the United States under the Reconstruction Act
of March 2, 1867.
The Fourteenth amendment which was offered to the Tennessean Legislature under the
Barrel of the Gun, enfranchised the Civil Administration of the military occupant.
This action subordinated the conquered Republics through the Civil administration of
the Military occupant.
The pivotal act of the 63rd Congress in December 1913 established the privately
chartered monetized debt service center of the Social Democracy to finance it�s
instrumentalities administering the conquered Republican States of America..
The enumeration of Americans under the Income Tax Act of August 14th, 1935 empowered
the United States to put everyone so marked within the jurisdiction of the Fourteenth
Amendment. Reference section five of this Amendment to learn what the Congress
giveth, it can taketh away.
The Constitution of the United States for the United States of America was
successfully circumnavigated with this coup de grace of the 74th Congress in August of
1935. This circumnavigation enabled the Instrumentalities of the United States to
legislate outside the limitations imposed upon the United States within the organic
the Constitution for the United States America.
This State, as the instrumentality of the United States does not need to abide by the
Constitution of the United States when it is dealing with the enumerated subjects of
the United States Congress
This enumeration is the nexus that empowers the alter ego of the United States located
within the exterior boundaries of the State Republic to engender its legislative
plunder. This Federal area is within the jurisdiction of the United States as
evidenced within the United States Code, Title IV, section 104-110. This �Buck Act�
is the operative statute that empowers this alter ego of the United States to impose
its �revenue subscriptions,� which are the excise taxes, known as internal revenue
collected by the non charted domestic agency found on the shores of the Potomac
carrying forth the dictates of the Government Accounting Office.
This Government Accounting Office audits the Obligations of the United States on
behalf of its creator the Congress of the United States. This Social Democracy has
established the most successful despotic tyranny in the known, and written history of
man.
The argument of Gold and Silver as the current coin of the Republic has no place
within the legislative agency of the alter ego of the United States. As the Civilian
administrator of the military occupation, it has no choice but subscribe to the
obligations of the United States.
Pursuant to the Registration Act of March 2, 1867, all able bodied people of the
occupied lands are required to subscribe to the United States all real, and tangible
personal property for the surety of the monetized debt instruments.
These past 64 years since August 14th, 1935, the United States, and its
instrumentalities are moving with deliberate malice of forethought to subscribed all
Americans under this operation of law, which is the Color of Law, and/or Color of
Office.
American have a choice today.
We Americans can �volunteer� to become the enumerated �Resident Agent�, the individual
within the United States, or reclaim their life, their liberty, and their pursuit of
happiness, just a few of their unalienable rights by withdrawing the application for
enumeration.
The Republic still exists. It is simply dormant. We Americans are the one�s
responsible for reclaiming our unalienable heritage for ourselves and our progeny.of

Maryland was the first Republican State subjugated by the United States in the Spring
of 1861. The States of the Union slowly succumbed over the next 74 years.
