U.S. Constitution, Amendment I: "Congress shall make no law
respecting the establishment of religion..." A "Biblically
based judicial process", a "process of Biblical justice", has
no place in U.S. law, the author's "thoughts and emotions"
notwithstanding. Prod Xian theocrats who wish to breach the
church/state wall of separation would be sorely displeased
if a future U.S. with a majority of Roman Catholics, Wiccans
or Discordians exploited such a breach. But fundy jeezoids
tend to lack the education necessary to understand this, as
any demographics study will show.
