Actually, there's a very BIG question about that allegation...it was
thoroughly investigated by the State of Texas before the feds got
involved, and all the charges were deemed without basis...
It was shortly after Texas made that decision that the feds decided to
get involved....

Get a copy of the December 1993 issue of Bible Review...in it, the
editors of the magazine have an article detailing their attempts to talk
to Koresh, and hear what he had to say...at first, the feds welcomed
their help, but after Clinton took office, the editors of BR found the
feds less and less willing to listen to them, finally revealing that the
feds completely ignored their recommendations to hold off, at least until
after Passover and Easter...when Koresh was supposed to have his final
treatise finished...for some reason the feds seemed intent on NOT having
whatever Koresh wrote in that be let out to the public (Koresh was going
to release it to the editors of BY for publication)
The article is very critical of the feds, and the way they handled the
situation...
There has been a document that has circulated on the Internet purporting
to be Koresh's last document, his interpretation of the Seventh Seal...
but according to the editors of BR, the feds grabbed this diskette when
it was attempted to be snuck out of the compound, and apparantly they've
never let it go...so I suspect that the document that has circulated
onthe Internet is either a forgery, or a 3rd party's guess as to what
Koresh put in there...

Which wasn't in existence, or at least in a very limited market, in 1993.
You believe everything you see on TV? Especially orchestrated televised
courtroom melodramas, where every action and statement is later
interpreted for us by the blowdried blowhards who know who butters their
