No meters or calculation are necessary. 1) Connect a power source to the Newman device input. 2) Connect a light bulb to the Newman device output. 3) Connect the Newman device output to its input. 4) Start the Newman device. 5) Disconnect the power source. 6) Watch it for a few weeks. If the Newman device can power itself and the light bulb for a significant period, Newman's claim can be considered as verified.
