                          THE MUTANTS ARE COMING!

The development of the technology of Genetic Modification (G.M.) stretches
back decades but most people have started to become aware of its
implications during the 90's.First in the mid 90's Monsanto introduced
rB.S.T. a G.M. growth hormone designed to increase milk yields in the U.S.
After some controversy the E.U. decided to ban its import into Europe, a
decision which is likely to be overturned by the World Trade Organisation
(W.T.O.) soon. Then in 1996 shipments of soyabeans genetically modified to
be resistant to Monsanto's herbicide Roundup started to arrive in this
country prompting the first major signs of public disquiet. More recently
the sacking of Dr Puzstai from the Rowett Institute for claiming that
consuming G.M. potatoes harmed rats provoked quite a food scare frenzy in
the capitalist media. Pictures of a green faced Tony Blair with bolts
through his neck under the headline "The Prime Monster" probably made all
but the hardest of us chuckle but the whole "Frankenstein Foods" paranoia
tended to obscure the environmental and social disasters which will follow
if the corporations carry out their plans to introduce G.M. on a large
scale.

                                   "LET THEM EAT OIL".

G.M. is only the latest stage in the the industrialisation of food
production which has been going on throughout the whole post war period
under the control of the petro-chemical-pharmaceutical multinationals that
have come to dominate the global economy. More powerful than many nation
states (in 1995 of the 100 most powerful `economies' in the world 48 were
multinational corporations) they, along with the international financial
institutions (IMF, World Bank, W.T.O. etc) constitute the economic side of
the New World Order with N.A.T.O. taking on the role of political
centralisation.

The process of industrialising food production which they have been imposing
on us over the last few decades consists of destroying subsistence and
organic farming and replacing it with a system based on

*Massive inputs of petro-chemicals in the form of fuel for machinery,
artificial fertilisers and biocides (herbicides and pesticides).

*Production for a global market rather than for direct consumption
(subsistence) or local markets.

*More dependence on animal products and the intensification of animal
exploitation (factory farming).

*The concentration of land ownership into fewer hands.

*Dependence on multinational corporations for seed. Major chemical,
pharmaceutical and oil multinationals have taken over more than 120 seed
companies since the 60,s. The top 5 seed producers now control 75% of the
world market. Hybrid, so-called `High Yielding Varieties', have yields
20-40% lower in the second generation if replanted and are hence
economically sterile'.

*The replacement of mixed cropping systems suitable to local conditions with
monocultures.

The results of this process (sometimes known as the `Green Revolution') have
been landlessness, poverty & starvation for many in the so-called `Third
World' as well as massive degradation of the natural world through chemical
pollution and loss of biodiversity.

The high cost of chemical and mechanical inputs and expensive new seed
varieties favours large farmers over small who go bankrupt, lose their land
and end up either going to swell the already huge numbers of proletarians
inhabiting the shanty towns and slums that surround so many `Third World'
cities or become agricultural labourers on the big farms or plantations.
Here they may be unlucky enough to become one of the over 40,000 `Third
World' farmworkers who are killed each year as a result of over exposure to
agro-chemicals which often come with instructions not in the workers mother
tongue, which they may well be required to use without proper safety
equipment and which could well be banned substances dumped in the `Third
World' by the multinationals. (Figures from 1994 UN report, up to 1,000,000
are made ill as a result of over exposure to agro-chemicals).

Despite the fact that the world produces l.5 times as much food as is needed
to feed the human population starvation and famine are endemic to modern
capitalism. One reason people go hungry is because they do not have access
to land to grow food to feed themselves, in the mid 80's severe famines
occurred in the Sahel countries of Burkina, Faso, Mali, Niger, Senegal and
Chad yet during the same period record harvests of cotton were exported to
the industrial centres of the world economy. During the famine in Ethiopia
the same ships which brought in 'aid for the starving' took out cash crops
for the world economy. During the `Irish Potato Famine' of the 1840's while
a million poor agricultural workers starved to death wheat and other
agricultural products were harvested and exported throughout the period.

The increasing use of animal products as well as leading to the misery,
waste and pollution of factory farming is also responsible for the erosion
of biodiversity and peoples livelihoods in the so-called `Third World'.
For example almost all of Central America's lowland and lower montane
rainforest has been cleared or severely degraded mainly in order to raise
cattle for export. The crops most grown under `Green Revolution' and G.M.
regimes of industrial food production are maize and soya not for human
consumption but for animal feed. So small scale organic farming systems
based around plants and supporting the producers directly are being
destroyed in favour of chemical soaked monocultures to feed the farm
animals necessary to feed the animal product heavy global food economy.

The corporations claims that G.M. and industrial food production in general
are necessary to `feed the world' are shown to be straightforward lies The
maize/soya/animal product system they are pushing so heavily is not a
rational way to produce food - an acre of cereal is estimated to produce 5
times as much protein as one devoted to meat production, an acre of legumes
(beans, peas, lentils) 10 times as much and an acre of leafy vegetables 15
times as much.

The damage done by the production and use of biocides and artificial
fertilisers is almost unimaginable. Pesticide pollution of the natural world
(air, water & soil) is one of the major reasons for the staggering loss of
biodiversity (estimated at a loss of 30,000 species a year) we are
witnessing as the world is slowly turned into a huge agro-chemical-
industrial facility. Pesticide and artificial fertiliser pollution of the
environment along with other petro-chemical forms of pollution and increased
exposure to radiation are responsible for massive rates of cancer and birth
abnormalities. Then there are the `accidents' which show the systems
inhumanity even more clearly such as the 1984 explosion at Union Carbide's
insecticide factory in Bhopal, India which left 3,000 dead and 20,000
permanently disabled. Or the less well-publicised events in Iraq in
1971-1972 when large quantities of wheat seed that had been treated with
anti-fungus compounds containing mercury were `accidentally' baked into
bread. 6,000 neurologically deranged people were admitted to hospital and at
least 452 died.

Corporate propagandists would have us believe that these are unfortunate
side-effects of a beneficial technology we desperately need to `feed the
world. Yet, as anyone who takes the trouble to find out the facts must be
aware, the world produces more food than is necessary to feed the human
population and the reasons people go hungry are landlessness, poverty, and
social dislocation caused by capitalist oppression and war.

Because `pests' and `weeds' can rapidly become immune to these poisons (I
guess these Chief Executive types are too busy to read an `0' level account
of the theory of natural selection!) the stuff doesn't even do what they say
it does; pesticide use in the U.S. increased by 500% between 1950-1986 yet
in 1986 estimated crop loss due to pests was 20% exactly the same as in
1950.

But poisoning the earth and its inhabitants brings in big money for the
multinationals, large landowners and the whole of the industrial food
production system.

Yet traditional forms of organic, small-scale farming using a wide variety
of local crops and wild plants (so-called' weeds') have been relatively
successful at supporting many communities in relative self-sufficiency for
centuries. In total contrast to industrial capitalism's chemical soaked
monocultures Mexico's Huastec indians have highly developed forms of forest
management in which they cultivate over 300 different plants in a mixture of
gardens,' fields' and forest plots. The industrial food production system is
destroying the huge variety of crops that have been bred by generations of
peasant farmers to suit local conditions and needs. A few decades ago Indian
farmers were growing some 50,000 different varieties of rice today the
majority grows just a few dozen. In Indonesia 1,500 varieties have been lost
in the last 15 years. Although a plot growing rice using modern so-called
`High Yielding Varieties' with massive inputs of artificial fertilisers and
biocides max produce more rice for the market than a plot being cultivated
by traditional organic methods the latter will be of more use to a family
using it for subsistence since many other species of plant and animal can be
collected from it which also have use as either food or medicine. In West
Bengal up to 124 `weed' species can be collected from traditional rice
fields which are of use to the farmers.

The sort of knowledge contained in these traditional forms of land use will
be of great use to us in creating a sustainable future on this planet, it is
the sort of knowledge the corporations are destroying to trap us all in
their nightmare world of wage labour, state and market.

                FROM `GREEN REVOLUTION' TO GENE REVOLUTION.

The latest stage in this process is the use of G.M. organisms in the
production of food (although, of course, food production is only one aspect
of the G.M. world the corporations are preparing for us). Despite the claims
of the corporations that this technology is `Green' and desperately needed
to `feed the world' it will in fact continue and accelerate the degradation
of the natural world and the immiseration of the human species
characteristic of previous phases in the industrialisation of food
production.

The claim that the introduction of G.M. crops will lessen the use of
agro-chemicals is a simple lie. Of the 27.8 million hectares of G.M. crops
planted world wide in 1998 71% had been modified to be resistant to
particular herbicides. This represents a major intensification of chemical
agriculture since usually crops can't be sprayed with broad-spectrum
herbicides (such as Roundup) for obvious reasons.

Monsanto have applied for and received permits for a threefold increase in
chemical residues on G.M. soyabeans in the U.S. and Europe from 6 parts per
million (p.p.m.) to 20 p.p.m.

Companies involved in this field are also planning major investment in new
facilities to increase the production of biocides. Monsanto have announced
plans to invest $ 500 million in new production plants for Roundup in
Brazil. This is on top of $380 million on expanding production in the rest
of the world. AgrEvo have increased production facilities for their
herbicide glufosinate in the U.S. and Germany and expect to see sales
increase by $560 million in the next 5-7 years with the introduction of
glufosinate resistant G.M. crops. Like Roundup glufosinate is hailed as
being ` environment friendly' but is in fact highly toxic to mammals
(particularly affecting the nervous system) and, even in very low
concentrations, to marine and aquatic invertebrates. This last is
particularly worrying since glufosinate is water-soluble and readily leached
from soil to groundwater. As for Monsanto's `environment friendly' biocide
Roundup it can kill fish in concentrations as low as 10 p.p.m. stunts and
kills earthworms, is toxic to many beneficial mycorrhizal fungi which help
plants to take up nutrients and is the third most common cause of pesticide
related illness among agricultural workers in California, symptoms include
eye and skin irritation, cardiac depression and vomiting.

Crops have also been genetically modified to produce their own pesticide
most notably by inserting genes from a naturally occurring bacteria Bacillus
thuringiensis (Bt) which produces a toxin which kills some insects and their
larvae by destroying their digestive tracts. The substances produced by the
G.M. crops are however more toxic and persist in the soil longer killing a
wider range of insects and soil organisms. It is also inevitable that some
of the target organisms will develop immunity and farmers will return to
chemical sprays or whatever the next technical fix the corporations come up
with happens to be.

It is also likely that either through cross pollination or through the
action of bacteria and/or viruses the Bt gene will end up in other, wild,
plants with unpredictable effects on food production and ecosystems. This
shows another one of the corporations justifications for G.M. technology,
that it is only an extension of traditional breeding methods, to be utterly
false. Human beings can alter the characteristics of plants and animals by
crossing closely related individuals, we cannot cross a bacteria with a
plant, a fish with a strawberry or a human with a pig yet G.M. potentially
makes possible any juxtaposition of genes from anywhere in the web of life.

Two biotech companies, Astra Zeneca and Novartis, have actually patented
techniques to genetically modify crop plants so that they are physically
dependant on the application of certain chemicals. So much for the claims
that GM. will lessen the use of agro-chemicals.

G.M. technology is also set to plunge countless thousands of people into
poverty by using G.M. plants or tissue cultures to produce certain products
which have up until now only been available from agricultural sources in the
tropics. For example lauric acid is widely used in soap and cosmetics and
has always been derived from coconuts. Now oilseed rape has been genetically
modified to produce it and Proctor and Gamble, one of the largest buyers of
lauric acid have opted for the G.M. source. This is bound to have a negative
effect on the 21 million people employed in the coconut trade in the
Philippines and the 10 million people in Kerala, India, who are dependant on
coconuts for their livelihood. Millions of small-scale cocoa farmers in West
Africa are now under threat from the development of G.M. cocoa butter
substitutes. In Madagascar some 70,000 vanilla farmers face ruin because
vanilla can now be produced from G.M. tissue cultures. Great isn't it?
70,000 farming families will be bankrupted and thrown off the land and
instead we'll have half a dozen factories full of some horrible biotech
gloop employing a couple of hundred people. And what about the farmers
thrown off the land? Well, the corporations could buy up the land and employ
10% of them growing G.M. cotton or tobacco or some such crap and the rest
can go and rot in some shanty town. This is what the corporations call
`feeding the world'.

                             DOWN ON THE FARM.

Farmers are made more dependent on the multinationals by the fact that seed
varieties (along with all forms of life) can now be patented (owned). This
means that if they buy Monsanto's Roundup Ready soyabeans they have to sign
a contract committing themselves to use only Monsanto's chemicals, not to
save any seed for replanting (one of the basics of sustainable agriculture)
and to be prepared to allow representatives of the company onto their farms
for up to 3 years after the purchase to check this. In order to enforce
these `Technology Use Agreements' in the U.S. Monsanto have employed the
Pinkerton private detective agency (famous for their violent strike breaking
activities on behalf of U.S. capital), they have `named and shamed' `guilty'
farmers in local radio station adverts and even opened a `freephone hotline'
for people to dob in offenders The fact that 475 farmers in the U.S. and
Canada have so far been sued for breaking their `Technology Use Agreements'
is probably one of the reasons they have developed `Terminator' technology a
technique where genes are inserted into a plant which render its seed
non-viable. From the corporations point of view a great improvement - from
`economic sterility' to biological sterility.

Of course the real aim of terminator technology is the untold sums of money
to be made from stopping `Third World' farmers from saving and sharing their
seeds and making them dependent on high tech seed from the multinationals.
Nothing in the preceding paragraph should be taken to mean that we should
see large capitalist farmers in the U.S. and Canada as being somehow victims
of the corporations. Like large scale industrial farmers everywhere they are
part of the industrial food production system of which G.M. is the latest
stage - they exploit wage labour (although labour on farms is drastically
reduced by the industrialisation process large scale industrial farming
exploits wage labour massively in the chemical industry, machine production,
transportation etc) and happily produce for the global market and act as a
market for every new agro-chemical or whatever. But patented seed varieties
and terminator technologymake them even more like mere functionaries of the
multinationals. Great pressure will be applied to any who are unwilling to
use the new technology ; already complaints of crop damage due to herbicide
drift are starting to increase as farmers growing Roundup Ready G.M. crops
spray and the spray drifts onto the crops of farmers growing ordinary
plants. One farmer from Canada is being sued by Monsanto for growing seed
without a license when what actually happened was that his oilseed rape crop
had been contaminated by pollen from G.M. crops on nearby farms.

Part I of II- This exclusive report is a compilation of interviews and
background research from October 1995 through April 1999.

The Depository Trust Company (DTC) is the best kept secret in America.
Headquartered at 55 Water Street in New York City, the average American has
no clue that this financial institution is the most powerful banking
corporation in the world. The general public has no knowledge of what the
DTC
is or what they do. How can a private banking trust company hold assets of
over $19 trillion and be unknown? In a recent press release dated April 19,
1999, the Depository Trust Company stated:

  The Depository Trust Company (DTC) is the world's largest securities
depository, holding nearly $19 trillion in assets for its Participants and
their customers.... Last year, DTC processed over 164 million book-entry
deliveries valued at more than $77 trillion.

In dealing with the trust department of Midlantic Bank, N.A. in New Jersey
[now PNC Bank, N.A.], this writer was authorized, as trustee and power of
attorney, to transfer original trust assets comprising of common stocks and
bonds to a new trust set up in another jurisdiction. An Assistant Vice
President from the Trust & Financial Management Office of Midlantic Bank
said
to me "it will take at least 6 weeks to do this as the majority of the
stocks
and bonds are not held in the name of the trust". This same Midlantic Bank
Assistant V.P. also stated in a letter dated November 17, 1995, "Of the 11
municipal bonds, 8 are held in book entry only. This means they cannot be
physically re-registered with a certificate sent to the new trustees." (*
these are not the actual figures quoted in the letter in order to protect
the
privacy of the account holder, at their request. Also, we were asked not to
name the Midlantic Assistant V.P. in order to protect her privacy Rights. We
respect these requests with full moral compliance). In disbelief, I brought
this matter to the attention of our research assistants at the Christian
Common Law Institute [formerly the North Bridge News] and we began our
lengthy investigation into the matter. After 3  years, the can of worms
we've
opened up should frighten every American. With the advent of reported Y2K
computer glitches and the possible collapse of our 'paper asset' economy,
every person who has a stock or bond in their portfolio had better read this
report and act on the information we are disclosing here.

In November 1995, after encountering numerous "no comments" and a myriad of
"that's not my department" excuses via telephone, I eventually spoke with
Mr.
Jim McNeff who told me his position was Director of Training for the DTC. He
said he'd been employed there for 19 years and was "very proud" of his
employer. During my initial telephone interview, either Jim's employer or
some other unknown person or persons were illegally listening or taping our
telephone conversation according to the electronic eavesdropping equipment
we
have installed on our end. Why did anyone feel it was necessary to illegally
record our conversation without advising us? Was some federal alphabet
agency
monitoring DTC calls to safeguard National Security? That in itself is
suspicious enough to warrant a big red warning flag.

Jim informed me back then (1995) that "the DTC is the largest limited trust
company in the world with assets of $ 9.1 trillion". In July 1998, I spoke
with Ms. Rose Barnabic of the DTC Finance Department who said that "DTC
assets are currently estimated at around $11 trillion". As of April 19,
1999,
the DTC itself has stated that their assets total "nearly $19 trillion" (see
above). Mr. McNeff had also stated "the DTC is a brokerage clearing firm and
transfer center. We're a private bank for securities. We handle the book
entry transactions for all banks and brokers. Every bank and brokerage firm
must secure their membership with us in case they become insolvent, so your
assets are secure with DTC". Yes, you read that correctly. The DTC is a
private bank that processes every stock and bond (paper securities) for all
U.S. banks and brokerage houses. The big question is this; Just who gave
this
private bank and trust company such a broad range of financial power and
clout?

The reason the public doesn't know about DTC is that they're a privately
owned depository bank for institutional and brokerage firms only. They
process all of their book entry settlement transactions. Jim McNeff said
"There's no need for the public to know about us... it's required by the
Federal Reserve that DTC handle all transactions". The Federal Reserve
Corporation, a/k/a The Federal Reserve System, is also a private company and
is not an agency or department of our federal government, according to the
1998 Federal Registry. The Federal Reserve Board of Governors is listed, but
they are not the owners. The Federal Reserve Board, headed by Mr. Alan
Greenspan, is nothing more than a liaison advisory panel between the owners
and the Federal Government. The FED, as they are more commonly called,
mandates that the DTC process every securities transaction in the US. It's
no
wonder that the DTC (including the Participants Trust Company, now the
Mortgage-Backed Securities Division of the DTC) is owned by the same
stockholders as the Federal Reserve System. In other words, the Depository
Trust Company is really just a 'front' or a division of the Federal Reserve
System.

  "DTC is 35.1% owned by the New York Stock Exchange on behalf of the
Exchange's members. It is operated by a separate management and has an
independent board of directors. It is a limited purpose trust company and is
a unit of the Federal Reserve." -New York Stock Exchange, Inc.

Now, let's see how this effects the average working American family. If
you're not aware how the system works, you should visit or call a stock
broker or bank and instruct them you want to purchase some shares of common
stock or a small municipal bond, for example. They will set up a brokerage
account for you and act as your agent with full durable power of attorney
(which you must legally sign over to them) to conduct business on your
behalf, upon your buy or sell instructions. The broker will place your stock
or bond purchase into their safekeeping under a "street name". According to
Mr. McNeff of the DTC, no bank or broker can place any stock or bond into
their firm's own name due to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Security and
Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.

The broker or bank must then send the transaction to the DTC for ledger
posting or book entry settlement under mandate by the Federal Reserve
System.
Remember, since your bank or broker can't use their name on the certificate,
they use a fictitious street name. "Since the DTC is a banking trust
company,
we can't hold the certificates in our name, so the DTC transfers the
certificates to our own private holding company or nominee name." states Mr.
McNeff. The DTC's private holding company or street name, as shown on
certificates we have personally examined from numerous certificate holders,
is shown as either "CEDE and Company", "Cede Company" or "Cede & Co". We
have
searched every source known to learn who CEDE really is, but have been
unable
to get any background information on them. Is Cede Company fictitious or is
their identity perhaps a larger secret than DTC? We must presume that the
information Mr. McNeff gave us was correct when he confirmed that Cede
Company was a controlled private holding company of the DTC. We have now
found the following proof that CEDE is real from the Bear Stearns internet
site:

  NEW YORK, New York - March 16, 1999 - Bear Stearns Finance LLC today
announced that it will redeem all of the 6,000,000 outstanding 8.00%
Exchangeable Preferred Income Cumulative Shares, Series A ("EPICS") of Bear
Stearns Finance LLC, liquidation preference of $25.00 per Series A Share,
CUSIP number G09198105. All of the Series A Shares are held by Cede & Co.,
as
nominee of The Depository Trust Company, and the payment of the redemption
price will be made to Cede & Co. by ChaseMellon Shareholder Services, LLC,
as
paying agent, whose address is: 85 Challenger Road, Ridgefield Park, New
Jersey 07660.

The banks and brokers are merely custodians for their clients. By federal
law
(SEC), they cannot hold any assets in the customer's name. The assets must
be
held in the name of DTC's holding company, CEDE & Co. That's how DTC has
more
than $19 trillion dollars of assets in trust... or is it really in "trust"
if
the private Federal Reserve System is technically holding it in their
"unknown" entity's name? Obviously, if stock and bond certificates you've
purchased aren't in your name, then the "holder" (the Federal Reserve
System)
could theoretically refuse to surrender them back to you under a "national
emergency" according to the Trading with the Enemy Act (as amended). Is this
the collateral being held by the private Federal Reserve System to pay off
the national debt owed to them by our federal government, first initiated by
Lincoln's debt bonds of 1864?

According to Mr. McNeff, the DTC was a former member of the New York Stock
Exchange (NYSE), and "Our sister company is the National Securities Clearing
Corporation... the NSCC" (they have since merged). He was correct since we
now know that the NYSE holds 35.1% of the "ownership" of the DTC on behalf
of
their NYSE members. Simply put, the Depository Trust Company absolutely
controls every paper asset transaction in the United States as well as the
majority of overseas transactions, and they now physically hold (as of April
1999) 99% of all stock and bond book-entrys in their street name, not the
actual owner's names. If you have stock or bond certificates in your name
buried in your back yard or under your mattress, we suggest you keep them
there. If not, it might be very wise to cancel your brokerage account and
power of attorney status, re-register the stocks and bonds in your name (if
you still can), and keep them hidden where only you know their location.
Otherwise, you have absolutely no control over them (see Part II of our
exclusive research report on the DTC for more information on beneficial
ownership status). However, getting a stock or bond certificate these days
is
not so easy if possible at all:

  "For the most part, issuers know little about the role of the Depository
Trust Company (DTC). The DTC was created in 1973 as a user-owned cooperative
for post-trade settlement. Our members are banks and broker/dealers, whom we
refer to as participants. We handle listed and unlisted equities, including
51,000 equity issues and 170,000 corporate debt issues, equating to more
than
78% of shares outstanding on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). We also
have
more than 95% of all municipals on deposit.

  In the 1980s, the "Group of 30" [business leaders] recommended that stock
certificates be eliminated, because physical certificates create risk. The
Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a concept release in 1994 to
gradually decrease certificates, providing optional direct registration on
the books of the issuer instead of a certificate.... this enhances the
portability of shares between transfer agents and brokerage accounts. With
the direct registration system, brokers transmit instructions to purchase
through DTC, which the issuer or transfer agent then registers, so shares
can
be delivered electronically." -John D. Faith, Manager, Corporate Trust
Services, The Depository Trust Company (1996)

Now we're about to reveal to you the most shocking discovery we came across
during our research into this matter. Most of us remember a few years back
the purported computerized selling of stocks that resulted in Wall Street's
"Black Monday":

  Dow Dives 508.32 Points in Panic on Wall Street

  "The largest stock-market drop in Wall Street history occurred on "Black
Monday" -- October 19, 1987 -- when the Dow Jones Industrial Average plunged
508.32 points, losing 22.6% of its total value. That fall far surpassed the
one-day loss of 12.9% that began the great stock market crash of 1929 and
foreshadowed the Great Depression. The Dow's 1987 fall also triggered panic
selling and similar drops in stock markets worldwide" -Source: Facts on File

The stock exchanges had dramatic record losses, and a record volume of
shares
were traded on that infamous Monday in October 1987. We all asked ourselves
how computers could have done this by themselves without someone knowing
about it. After all, someone has to program a computer to tell it what to
do,
what not to do, or even when to do or not do it.

During my telephone conversation, Mr. McNeff was trying to assure me that
they [the DTC] have "never lost a certificate or made a mistake in a book
ledger transaction". In attempting to give me an example of how trustworthy
the DTC is when I asked him how he could back up such a statement, he
replied
"DTC's first controlled test was 4 or 5 years ago. Do you remember Black
Monday? There were 535 million transactions on Monday, and 400 million
transactions on Tuesday". He was very proud to inform me that "DTC cleared
every transaction without a single glitch!". Read these quotes again: He
stated that Black Monday was a controlled test. Black Monday was a
deliberately manipulated disaster for many Americans at the whim of a
controlled test by the DTC.

What was the purpose of this test? Common sense tells you that you test
something before you intend to use it. It's quite obvious that the stock
markets are going to 'crash and burn' at some future date and for some
'unknown' reason since the controlled test was so successful. Was this just
one of the planned tests for a Y2K internationally planned worldwide
economic
meltdown? The Great Depression is about to be repeated, and it will be as
deliberate and manipulated as the first one that began with the stock market
crash of 1929. We are, without a doubt, on the brink of the Mother of all
economic Depressions. As of May 3, 1999, the Dow Jones Industrial Average
(DJIA) went above a record 11,000 points. Just prior to the 1929 stock
market
crash, Wall Street was posting record prices, record earnings, and record
profits.... just like the scenario we are experiencing today. Will Y2K be a
manipulated and deliberate a financial meltdown? Too many facts already
support this probability.

On June 7, 1995, the federal government issued a new regulation requiring
stock and bond certificate transfers to be cleared in three days instead of
the previous five day time period. It coincided with the infamous Regulation
CC that purportedly gave us faster three day availability of funds from
deposited checks. This means that brokers and banks must get your stock or
bond transaction into the street name (Cede & Co.) of the DTC within 3
working days. That's hard to do considering banks claim it takes 3 or more
days to clear a check that you've submitted to pay for a stock purchase.
But,
there's a reason for this new regulation and it coincides with the
introduction of the new FRS "dollars".

On February 22, 1996, "the DTC will flip the switch" according to Mr.
McNeff.
"What switch?", I asked. "This is the day that clearing house funds will no
longer be accepted for stock or bond transactions" was my reply from Jim.
"Instead, only Fed Funds will be accepted". Fed Funds, or a Fedwire, are
electronic computer ledger debit transfers between Federal Reserve System
member banks. No checks or drafts have been allowed from that day, just as
Mr. McNeff accurately stated. This is more commonly called a 'cashless
transaction'. I call it the reality of the mark of the beast. This is the
manifestation of the new international god, the New World Order [I prefer
the
term 'New World DISorder' as a more accurate description].

Consider this my fellow Christian Americans: All pension funds and other
institutional 'managed funds' are comprised of paper asset investments such
as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. These certificates are technically in
the
name of DTC's private holding company, CEDE and Company. The DTC is owned by
the private Federal Reserve System owners (Click for a complete list of
names). Congress has attempted, on no less than two occasions since 1995, to
pass legislation allowing pension funds to be used by the government as
purported 'loans'. All the Federal Reserve System has to do is hand it over.
But, what happens to the people counting on those pension fund investments
in
order to feed themselves in their retirement? Too bad for them.... they're
out of luck because for the 'good of the nation', they may be forced to
share
or relinquish their lifetime of hard-earned wealth. This can be done without
the consent of Congress under an Executive Order based on the War and
Emergency Powers Act and a state of National Emergency, just like we are
already under (See further Executive Orders). Since the Federal Reserve
System already holds our stocks and bonds in their fictitious DTC "street
name", CEDE, then perhaps they'll cash them in for the federal government's
failure to repay the loans that have become way overdue. Heck, some of
Lincoln's gold backed bonds from 1864 have not been repaid yet.... and for a
reason.

On March 6, 1933, all bullion gold and gold coins were forcibly taken from
the hands of private citizens (see New York Times). Under the War Powers
Act,
President Roosevelt declared a national emergency touted as a "Banking
Holiday". It was declared due to the deliberately calculated stock market
crash that preceded the Great Depression. Where did this gold end up? Into
the hands of the Federal Reserve System owners. The majority is stored in
the
impervious rock vaults they own beneath New York City. Is it any surprise
that the DTC physically holds all the remaining non-book entry issued stock
and bond certificates in the same place?

Technically, our entire nation is still under the Executive Order
declaration
of the War Powers Act and in a continual state of national emergency (See
Clinton's 1994 Executive Order 12919). The President can enforce any new
emergency at any time under Executive Order or Presidential Directive. In
1995, we [the former North Bridge News] published that we expected a new
national "dollar" emergency to be declared within a year or two. Just like
we
thought at the time, they have now blamed it on the purported drug dealers
who are allegedly destroying our currency by money laundering schemes.

Since late 1996, old U.S. $100 FRB notes issued by the Federal Reserve Bank
are being exchanged for new $100 FRS issued by the Federal Reserve System.
These new notes have scanable magnetic platinum encryption on the plastic
strips embedded inside the bills. The U.S. Treasury claims this is for "the
blind". Now, new $20 and $50 FRS's are replacing the older notes as well.
What people don't realize is that very soon, the older FRB notes will no
longer be 'legal' and there will be a penalty for hoarding them. This is
what
happened to those Americans holding gold and gold coins after 1933.

  "We are most gratified with the successful introduction of the new $100
and
$50 notes and look forward to the same success with the new $20s," Chairman
Greenspan said. For the first time, a machine-readable capability has been
incorporated for the blind. A new feature in the $20 will facilitate the
development of convenient scanning devices that could identify the note as a
$20. -U.S. Treasury, Office of Public Affairs, RR-2449 released May 20,
1998.

Why new paper 'money' and for what purpose? Because the new FRS notes in
your
pocket can be scanned and whoever scans them can know exactly how much money
you have on you. The older FRB notes are not encoded to do this. This writer
knows firsthand of at least one machine, manufactured by Diebold, Inc.
(a/k/a
InterBold) that scans the money in your pockets, wallet or purse no
different
in theory than a credit card scanner, but much more sophisticated. I
participated in a 'test' of this machine at a U.S. international airport in
1998. To me, it looks much like the standard metal detector scanners you
walk
through at all airports. I was asked (by who I believe was a U.S. Treasury
Agent, as he introduced himself and flashed his ID quickly in my face so I
couldn't read it) if I had any of the new $100 or $50 bills in my pockets. I
looked in my wallet and saw I had one new $100 FRS note. I told him "yes",
then he said "Good, but don't tell me how much". After saying he would
"really appreciate it" if I would help them with a test, he asked me to walk
through what looked like a typical airport scanner. No beeps. No noise. No
sound at all. He looked at a computer screen and said "Do you have a new
$100
bill?". When I confirmed that was true, he thanked me and told me to please
move on. I tried to ask him how the machine knew that, but he ignored my
question. I took a good look at the scanning system and believe I have now
spotted them at Kennedy, Atlanta, Miami and Los Angeles airports.

The odd part about this is that these machines seem to all be located in the
customs areas where you enter the U.S. from a foreign country. Obviously,
they want to know if someone is carrying more than $10,000 into the U.S.
Common sense dictates that they should be more concerned about people
leaving
with more than $10,000 if they're really trying to thwart the drug
dealers.... until you begin to realize that there must be some other hidden
agenda: They are apparently going to stop money from entering the U.S. for a
reason.

Will the President call for the confiscation of all gold bullion and bullion
coins as Roosevelt did? Who will end up with it? The Federal Reserve System
owners, just like before. Since June 1998, international gold supplies have
been so low that some private Swiss Banks have been paying a premium above
the market wholesale value for gold bullion. This was confirmed to us by a
gold and diamond mining Chief Executive from Rex Mining in Guinea, West
Africa, who supplies raw gold to a major Swiss Banking company smelter and
processor The spot gold market has been manipulated to keep the price low so
that the Federal Reserve System owners can purchase all that is available
through their various trusts and corporations. World gold availability on
the
open market is now at a record low and mining production of gold is also at
a
record low output.

What happened to 'supply and demand' with gold and silver? Normally, when
supply is high the price decreases. When supply is low, precious metal
prices
increase. Perhaps the private FED will peg the new dollar to gold prices, as
many experts have already speculated. What will stocks and bonds purchased
with old dollars be worth then? Pennies to the dollar, so to speak. Who ends
up being the only winner? The Federal Reserve System stockholders. They
control the circulation amounts of paper money in the U.S. Combine that with
the new scanner to stop large amounts from entering into the U.S., and the
scenario amounts to a planned shortage of paper FRS notes, the banning of
the
older FRB notes, and the soon to be astronomical price of gold which most
Americans will be forbidden to have or hoard, once again. The facts we've
presented in this report all point to this.

People will be at the mercy of the federal government for daily food and for
jobs. Checks are soon to be totally phased out. Banks issue ATM debit cards
and tell you they must charge more for your account if you use a real live
human teller instead of the machine. The switch is being turned on. This is
not speculation. This is the truth of reality. It's already been tested, and
their new system works. Just ask Jim McNeff of the DTC.

The day has come when you must decide to accept or reject the beast and the
New World Disorder.

Dear Friend:

The other day, I made a huge "gaffe" on national TV: I told the truth about
the crimes of the U.S. government. As you can imagine, the ceiling fell in,
and a couple of walls too.

Congressmen are supposed to support the government, I was told. Oh, it's
okay to criticize around the edges, but there are certain subjects a member
of the House of Representatives is not supposed to bring up. But I touched
the real "third-rail" of American politics, and the sparks sure flew.

I was interviewed on C-SPAN's morning "Washington Journal," and I used the
opportunity, as I do all such media appearances, to point out how many of
our
liberties have been stolen by the federal government. We must take them
back.

The Constitution, after all, has a VERY limited role for Washington, D.C. If
we stuck to the Constitution as written, we would have: no federal meddling
in our schools; no Federal Reserve; no U.S. membership in the UN; no gun
control; and no foreign aid. We would have no welfare for big corporations,
or the "poor"; no American troops in 100 foreign countries; no NAFTA, GATT,
or "fast-track"; no arrogant federal judges usurping states rights; no
attacks on private property; and no income tax. We could get rid of most of
the cabinet departments, most of the agencies, and most of the budget. The
government would be small, frugal, and limited.

That system is called liberty. It's what the Founding Fathers gave us.

Under liberty, we built the greatest, freest, most prosperous, most decent
country on earth. It's no coincidence that the monstrous growth of the
federal government has been accompanied by a sickening decline in living
standards and moral standards.

The feds want us to be hamsters on a treadmill -- working hard, all day
long, to pay high taxes, but otherwise entirely docile and controlled. The
huge, expensive, and out-of-control leviathan that we call the federal
government wants to run every single aspect of our lives.

Well, I'm sorry, but that's not America. It's not what the Founders gave us.
It's not the country you believe in. It's not the country I believe in.

So, on that TV interview, I emphasized not only the attacks on our property,
but also the decline of our civil liberties, at the hands of the federal
police.
There are not supposed to be ANY federal police, according to the
Constitution.

Then I really went over the line. I talked about the Waco massacre.Bill
Clinton and Janet Reno claim those 81 church members, including 19 children,
burned down their own church and killed themselves, and good riddance. So
they put the few survivors on trial, and threw them in prison for 40 years.

We're not supposed to remember that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and
Firearms -- talk about an unconstitutional agency -- rather than arrest
David Koresh on his regular morning jog, called in the TV stations for a big
publicity bonanza, and sent a swat team in black masks and black uniforms to
break down his front door, guns blazing. They also sent in a helicopter
gunship, to shoot at the roof of a church full of innocents.

The Branch Davidians resisted, and after a heartless siege of almost two
months, and after cutting off food, water, and electricity, and playing
horrible rock and roll through huge speakers 24 hours a day, the feds sent
in the tanks to crush the walls of the church, and inject poisonous CS gas.

Now, CS gas is banned under the Paris Convention on Chemical Warfare. The
U.S. could not use it in a war. But it could and did use it against American
civilians.

After the tanks did their work on the church, the place burst into flame,
and all 81 people -- men, women, children, and babies--were incinerated in a
screaming horror.

Did some feds set the fire? Did the flammable CS gas ignite, since without
electricity, the parishioners were using lanterns? Did a tank knock over a
lantern, striking one of the bales of hay being used against the thin walls
as a "defense" against bullets? or did the Davidians, as Clinton and Reno
claim, kill themselves?

A new documentary -- Waco: The Rules of Engagement -- may show, through FLIR
infrared photography, FBI snipers killing the Davidians by shooting through
the back of the church, where no media cameras were allowed. This film won a
prize at the famed Sundance Film Festival. It was made by people who took
the government's side, until they investigated.

Whatever the truth, there's no question that an irresponsible federal
government has innocent blood on its hands, and not only from Waco.
And the refusal of corrupt and perverse liberals to admit it means nothing.

In my TV interview, in answer to a caller's question, I pointed out that
Waco, and the federal murders at Ruby Ridge -- especially the FBI sniper's
shot that blasted apart the head of a young mother holding her baby --
caused many Americans to live in fear of federal power.

Then I uttered the sentiment that caused the media hysteria: I said that a
lot of Americans fear that they too might be attacked by federal swat teams
for exercising their constitutional rights, or merely for wanting to be left
alone.

Whoa! You've never seen anything like it. For days, in an all-out assault, I
was attacked by Democrats, unions, big business, establishment Republicans,
and -- of course -- the media, in Washington and my home state of Texas.
Newspapers foamed at the mouth, calling me a
"right-wing extremist." (Say, isn't that what George III called Thomas
Jefferson?)

I was even blamed for the Oklahoma City bombing! And by the way, I don't
believe we've gotten the full truth on that either.

All my many opponents were outraged that a Congressman would criticize big
government. "If you don't like Washington, resign!" said a typical big-city
newspaper editorial. But the media, as usual, were all wet. (Do they ever
get ANYTHING right?)

The average Congressman may go to Washington to wallow in power, and line
his pockets with a big lobbying job for a special interest (so he can keep
ripping-off the taxpayers). But that's not why I'm in Congress. It's not why
I left my medical practice as a physician. It's not why I put up with all
the abuse. It's not why I refuse a plush Congressional pension.

I'm in this fight for a reason. I want to hand on to my children and
grandchildren, and to you and your family, a great and free America, an
America true to her Constitution, an America worthy of her history.

I will not let the crooks and clowns and criminals have their way.

I'm in Congress to represent the ideas of liberty, the ideas that you and I
share, for the people of my district, for the people of Texas, for the
people of America. That's why I'm working to stop federal abuses, and to cut
the government: its taxes, its bureaucrats, its paramilitary police, its
spending, its meddling overseas, and every single unconstitutional action it
takes. And not with a pair of nail scissors, but with a hammer and chisel.

Won't you help me do this work?

Not much of the federal leviathan would be left, if I had my way.

But you'd be able to keep the money you earn, your privacy would be secure,
your dollar would be sound, your local school would be tops, and your kids
wouldn't be sent off to some useless or vicious foreign war to fight for the
UN. But Jefferson and the other Founders would recognize our government, and
our descendants would bless us.

By the way, when I say cut taxes, I don't mean fiddle with the code. I mean
abolish the income tax and the IRS, and replace them with NOTHING.

Recently, I asked a famous Republican committee chairman -- who's always
talking about getting rid of the IRS -- why he engineered a secret $580
million raise for the tax collectors. "They need it for their computers,"
this guy told me. So the IRS can't extract enough from us as it is!

The National Taxpayers Union says I have the highest pro-taxpayer rating in
Congressional history, that I am the top "Taxpayer's Best Friend." You know
I won't play the Capitol Hill games with the Capitol Hill gang, denouncing
the IRS while giving the gestapo more of your money. or
figuring out some other federal tax for them to squeeze out of you.

I also want to abolish the Federal Reserve, and send Alan Greenspan out to
get a job. The value of our dollar and the level of our interest rates are
not supposed to be manipulated by a few members of the power elite meeting
secretly in a marble palace.

The Federal Reserve is unconstitutional, pure and simple. The only
Constitutional money is gold and silver, and notes redeemable in them. Not
Fed funny money. Without the Federal Reserve, our money could not be
inflated, at the behest of big government or big banks. Your income and

savings would not lose their value. Just as important, we wouldn't have this
endless string of booms and busts, recessions and depressions, with each
bust getting worse. They aren't natural to the free market; they're caused
by the schemers at the Fed.

President Andrew Jackson called the 19th-century Fed "The Monster" because
it was a vehicle for inflation and all sorts of special-interest corruption.
Let me tell you, things haven't changed a bit.

I also work to save our schools from D.C. interference. Thanks to the feds,
new curriculums not only smear the Founders as "racist, slave-owning
elitists,"
they seek to dumb down our students so they will all be equal. "Look-say"
reading and the abolition of phonics has the same purpose, and so does the
new "fuzzy" math, in which there are no right and no wrong answers.
That must be what they use in the U.S. Treasury! It's certainly what they
use in the U.S. Congress.

But ever since the beginning of federal aid to education and accelerating
with the establishment of the rotten Department of Education, SAT scores
have been dropping. Schools, with few exceptions, are getting worse every
year.

To save our kids, we must get the sticky fingers of the feds off our local
schools, and let parents rule. That's what the Constitution says, and the
Bible too.

And then there's my least favorite foreign topic, the UN. World government
is obviously unconstitutional. It undermines our country's sovereignty in
the worst way possible. That's why I want us out of the UN, and the UN
itself taking a hike.

After all, the UN is socialist and corrupt (many votes can be bought with a
"blonde and a case of scotch," one UN ambassador once said). It costs many
billions, and it puts our soldiers in UN uniforms under foreign commanders,
and sends them off to unconstitutional, undeclared wars. When Michael New,
one of the finest young men I've ever met, objected to wearing UN blue, he
was kicked out of the American Army. What an outrage.

Not one dime for the UN, and not one American soldier! Not in Haiti, not in
Bosnia, not in Somalia, not in Rwanda. I know it's radical, but how about
devoting American military efforts to defending America, and only America?
Such ideas, said one newspaper reporter, make me a "maverick who will never
go far because he won't 'go along to get along.'" Darn right.What does "go
far" mean? Get a big government job? The heck with that. And I won't sell my
vote for pork either. When I walked through the U.S. Capitol this morning, I
got angry. The building is filled with statues and paintings of Jefferson,
Madison, and the other Founders. Those great men sacrificed everything to
give us a free country, and a Constitution to keep it that way.

When I was first elected, I placed my hand on the Bible and swore an oath to
uphold the Constitution. That's exactly what I'm fighting for.

But such ideas drive the liberals crazy. That's why I badly need your help.

I've been targeted nationally for defeat. The Democrats, the AFL-CIO, the
teachers union, big business PACs, the trial lawyers, the big bankers, the
foreign-aid .lobbyists, the big media, and the establishment Republicans
want to dance on my political grave. The Fed, the Education
Department, and the UN are anxious to join in. They can't stand even one
person telling the truth. And they're terrified when that truth gains the
people's support.

Right now, four well-funded Democrats are competing to try to beat me, and a
Republican is rumored to have been offered money at a secret meeting in
Mexico(!) if he would try to knock me off in a primary.

Won't you help me stay up here to fight? Frankly, I'm in trouble if you
don't.

My Texas district has 22,000 square miles (not a misprint). I've got to
travel all over it, set up small offices to be manned by volunteers,
advertise, pay phone bills, and distribute video and audio tapes to the
people to get around the big-media lies. As I know from my last election,
which I won by the skin of my teeth, the media will carry any smear, repeat
any libel, throw any piece of mud, no matter how untrue. In fact, the less
true, the more they like it.

They are determined to silence me. But you can help me overcome all this.
Together, we can beat the bad guys arrayed against our country and our
freedom. We can support the Constitution. We CAN win. Your generous

I am thinking tonight about the things that each one of us can do in our
lives day to day that will make a small but concrete difference in
transforming us to a civilization which enjoys real democracy and markets.
Tonight I would like to write as a woman to the women...or if you are a guy,
the women in your life if you care to pass this on. When I am still
grappling with an issue, I need to just put out what I feel. I need to swarm
on it and see where the swarm takes it. Please forgive me if I give offense.
Our feelings always lead us into areas that are so sensitive for all of us.
So help me out and here goes.

Dan Russell's new book on the Drug Wars is so wonderful it is hard to
describe. One of the reasons it gave me so much energy was it really
reconnected me emotionally with the critical importance of criminalization
of essential hungers (drugs, sex, money) to increase profit margins and
create franchise control for those who control the enforcement mechanisms
within a society. It is a way to turn over control to the most evil; the
most violent.

Every one of us has a dream. Every one of us wants or hungers for beauty,
truth, attention, admiration, pleasure, knowledge, connection, procreation.
We have intentions, we have desires. We have myths in our head that speak to
what gives us energy. Each of us is totally unique but we all enjoy having
lots of energy. We just get it and give it in an endless variety of ways.
That is why markets, democracy and other swarm systems are so wonderful
where they have the rule of law and the rule of performance protecting their
integrity....they let us move around in the dance. They offer us the freedom
to take it or leave it or vote or not on thousands of questions a day.

In terms of a community or society's management of resources there are two
essential models. The first is based on the assumption that using markets
and democracy that we can optimize our meaning and our energy (whether our
space, our knowledge, our money, our health, our time, etc) best by letting
every man and woman pursue their dream, even help them get it. The other
model assumes that other parties are evil, that the system can not work on a
self organizing basis, and that I need to rig it for my team.

Let me say it another way using Solari's Popsicle Index. Again, the Popsicle
Index is a performance measurement for the performance of community
investment. The Popsicle Index is the % of people in a community who believe
that a child can leave their home, go to the nearest place to get a popsicle
and come home alone safely. So, for example, when I was five, the Popsicle
Index in West Philadelphia was 100%. Ten years later after CIA and HUD had
moved in, the Popsicle Index was 50% and falling. There was and always is a
direct correlation between the Popsicle Index and the value of the homes and
real estate and other assets in a community. So the homeowners got killed,
but could get rich reversing it too. In essence a few guys get rich with CIA
and HUD, but it is much less wealth than the wealth destroyed. That is what
is powerful about reversing the process. Undoing the harm creates much more
wealth, much more broadly distributed.

All enterprise --whether government or business--can be divided up between
things that make the Popsicle Index go up and things that make the Popsicle
Index go down. I think e-bay and my cousin Jane help the Popsicle Index go
up. I think CIA drug dealing and Katherine Graham cause it to go down.

I get my thrills out of making money or teaching other people how to make
money making the Popsicle Index go up. I also get thrills making money
deleting people who make the Popsicle Index go down. So the idea of the CIA
Drugs class action suit building into a tobacco suit settlement has me
pretty jazzed. If the legal industry can see a way to make money on draining
the folks who make the Popsicle Index go down with drugs, we can get a whole
lot done. Meantime, my dream has more to do with a guy and being safe than
with money.

In my family, if you ask a Northern woman how to get anything done, she will
dial into Amazon, get the books, and figure out how to build a nuclear
reactor in the back yard or whatever. If you ask a Southern woman, she will
simply figure out who knows a nuclear engineer and then she will figure out
how to get him to want to build one in her back yard. She thinks in terms of
incentives.

The issue of whether the Popsicle Index goes up or down in America is
connected to incentives. What do I need to do to make sure I and my family
are physically and financially safe and what do I have to do to get my
dream? Increasingly, more and more people are incentivized to make the
Popsicle Index go down.

Let me give you an example. Let's say Time Magazine does not tell the truth.
Do we buy it still? Yes. Which means that the Chairman gets a big bonus each
year and has access to low cost stock market capital which means he can buy
or sell the politicians and small business folks like me.

OK., if he gets the money, who gets the girls? Who wins the breeding rights?
Cause that is what it is about. It is about human energy. Attention. Love.
Energy. Warmth. Admiration. Sex. Heirs. Eternal Life through physical and
mental genes.

Well, let's say Mike Ruppert and Dan Hopsicker are walking down Fifth Avenue
squabbling. Out comes a senior management type from Wackenhut who is making
big big bucks and he gets into his turbo charge Porsche to drive to his
summer estate in the Hamptons. Who is going to get the girls? For a date,
for some good loving, for a wife?

OK, did the CIA make that decision? Nope. They simply hooked us with our own
inattention to incentive systems.

OK, so what would happen tomorrow if every man in America who make the
Popsicle Index go down was considered repulsive by all women. What would
happen?

OK, so what does that have to do with criminalization? Well, it really has
to do with why Calvinism is more dangerous than the CIA and why that
knowledge can help us turn this thing around.

There are things that men and women need which are essential for their
health and happiness. Security is one. Sex is one. I like to think that
truth, beauty and joy are all  up there. Because everyone needs pleasure and
happiness and the things that go into that. If these things are perfectly
natural and accessible they usually are not expensive in terms of time or
energy to get. Everybody needs them, so the market whether though barter or
social arrangement or consumer arrangement builds sustainable capacity to
make sure we have what we need on a pretty reasonable basis.

Someone can always make money cutting off something we need and then
controlling the franchise of providing it to us. So by criminalizing drugs
for example we can raise the profits on a shipload of marijuana from say
$1MM that needs to be reinvested back in the basic business to $30MM which
is mostly available for new activities. As we used to say in New York "pass
a law, make a business."

Now this can not happen in America unless everybody buys into the myth that
using drugs is wrong. That is a tough one given how much Merck et al is
making providing Ritalin like products to drug our kids. So a lot of
branding goes into what is a good drug and what is a bad drug.

But we have to go along with the deal. Heroin and cocaine are bad. We should
not legalize.
We should police our ethics with government intervention.

Which brings me to sex which is where I want to go. There is no way you can
control a society with money. Money can swing the swarm this way or that,
but it can not keep every body shut up on things like Waco. You need other
things. That is where physical intimidation and harm come in. But you have
to be careful there because killing to many people blows the branding. Which
is why sex has been so very useful to keeping this game going. Men with no
access to great sex and admiration and praise and where prostitution is
illegal can be slowly brought to hunger and deviant hunger through
deprivation. Then they can get interested in lots of stuff, including
increasingly deviant sex.

One of the most beautiful energy forces in the world has got to be the
sexual hunger of men. How can we not love that joy and that power? Clearly,
it is one of the all time energizer bunnies of the human race. Meantime,
nothing is more depressing than seeing it bottled up, misused and turn in
negative directions. Indeed, while patriarchy may be pretty wonderful for
the top 1-20% of the men in a society, it is pretty hideous for the rest.
All the guys have to play enforcement or clean up just to get limited access
to sex and the self-esteem issues are pretty ugly. Meantime, Calvinism is
making sure that the pleasure that we each need is coming up short. It is
part and parcel of the use of hierarchies to channel that beautiful energy
force of men into fighting their way of the chain of limited prestige and
related perks, many of them genetic and sexual.

Adam Jukes is a counselor of men who abuse woman. He has written two of the
best books I have found so far on some of these issues. He estimates that
40% of men hit or abuse woman and that most of them are psychological
normal. That pretty much fits my personal experience and that of the women
in my family, my schools, my work places.

What that means is that we are socially sick. My guess is that many animals
only get like this in zoos or labs.

I wish that tomorrow every woman woke up in America with the sudden idea in
her head that she was going to snub any man who did anything that made the
Popsicle Index go down and focus her energy on men who make the Popsicle
Index go up. Indeed, institute a double standard. Calvinism for the guys who
make it go down. Abundance of admiration and attention for those who make it
go up. Forget class. Forget all those other dividing lines. Let's talk pure
performance. Guys who make the Popsicle Index go down are causing us to be
not safe. Y2K is another perfect example.

The saddest moment of my year was at a conference--Woman Thou Art Loosed==
that was the happiest times of the year. We were 100,000 Christian woman in
Atlanta this summer for a truly life changing and wonderful revival of
women. We had many many more women teleconferenced in from prisons around
the country. George W. Bush came on in a speaker call. The women roared and
cheered. I thought this was absurd. The official representative of the
shadow government rigging us into jail is being cheered. That evening I went
out to dinner with a friend who sat next to me. She reads From the
Wilderness, she has heard Mike speak, she used to work at DEA. She knows
what's up. She was standing and cheering and all excited. Her kid was almost
killed in a drive by shooting last year. These things are connected. Bush
was going to be the next President she said, because of all the money he had
raised and all the powerful people supporting him and his attention to TD
Jakes honored him and us. That was wonderful.

Thousands of women cheering for their jailers. Because they have the money
and the power.

They do not have the money and the power. What they have is our minds. We
give them our money and the power. They control us with the mind hooks we
give them. We want to be free of taking responsibility. So they can have the
money and power as long as we can pretend we are safe.

If women focus our energy on the men who make the popsicle index go up, stop
pressuring men to make sure they provide financial security irregardless of
what that means in terms of supporting a rotten system or turning a blind
eye, redefine prestige in terms of a man's positive contribution to a
healthy family and environment and take responsibility to  provide an
alternative brand of what it means to be a man, things can change a lot.
Being a man has nothing to do with money and prestige on the titanic. Noah's
wife and kids were the ones that did not drown.

I always think of Fess Parker in the movie the Alamo. He made me feel safe,
he could plant and get things to grow. And you know he was fabulous when the
lights went out. All men who like women and get treated right by them end up
that way. I doubt he had a dime to his name. Money is not worth much during
survival time.

Deviancy is deviancy. I don't want to breed with deviancy for any amount of
money or fame. Ethel Velez once got mad at me and said with an edge "well,
honey, you are white, and you do not run the risk of being lynched" Before I
could think twice, I said "well, Ethel, at least you can relax when you get
home. You don't have to sleep with the lyncher or have his children." Ethel
backed off.

There are not that many deviant guys. But there are a lot of guys who are
controlled by them because its the way they think they can provide for us or
have access to us.

We control the access gate. Not the shadow government. All we have to do is
believe in abundance and ditch Calvinism.

So here is my way to stop CIA drug trafficking today step #214 for woman.
Praise and pet every man you know who makes the Popsicle Index go up for the
next week in the ways you might do it that gives you energy and is
comfortable and appropriate for your relationship. For example, leave candy
for the postman, giggle and wink at the guy who takes your bags at the
airport, thank Dan and all the other guys on this list for their incredible
courage over so many years, tell your dad you love him if he is  making the
Popsicle Index go up, otherwise read him the riot act, cancel all your
subscriptions to national media, turn off  TV that lies or omits, and tell
your mate how much you appreciate him....and delete from your life anyone
who is on Richard Grasso or Clinton or Bush's staff or who works at Bank of
New York or Fidelity (who wants to give energy to guys who help money
launderers)...and so forth....


Delete the men who like making the Popsicle Index go down, help those who
would like not to do so to a better place. See what happens and if something
along these lines works for you, teach two woman how to do this in the
following week and two more each week thereafter. Tell them to do the same.

Believe it or not, if we all invented this together, we could turn around
264 million folks in a year or two. There is a lot of happiness to be gotten
from seeing the good guys win, and blush and giggle and perk up.

Lord knows they deserve it.

Several months ago, RMNews published an article stating that the Serbian
Province of Montenegro will soon demand autonomy. In the article we stated
that Montenegro had been a province of the Austro Hungarian empire and had
been ruled by a King or a Prince. The article stated that part of the real
reason behind the Kosovo war as well as Bosnia Herzegovina was to break the
old Austrian provinces away from Serbia and away from the Communist
influence
left over from the Old Soviet Union. RMNews speculated that the Soviet Union
would rise from its ashes and the Iron Curtain would return.

The old Austro Hungarian Empire and its Monarchists want to return to power
in all their old kingdoms. Herzegovina and Montenegro are two of them. Keep
your eye on what happens to these two provinces and you will have an idea of
who is winning the war for world control.

The old monarchs of the Austro Hungarian Empire make up Faction 2. For the
last 100 years, they were the only opposition that Faction 1, the New World
Order had. If it hadn't been for Faction 2, we would already be Slaves of
the
New World Order.

Why do the Hapsburgs and other monarchs from the Austro Hungarian Empire
hate
the NWO? The NWO destroyed their empire. They were the first to be
destroyed.
And they carry a grudge which states: "Don't get mad, get even. Take back
what is ours." And that is what they are doing with Montenegro and
Herzegovina.... (which translates as Duchy of Vienna.)

Many things that appear in newspapers are only staged explanations of
conclusions and/or plans that were made years before. The so called
Montenegro "seccession" was already on the books in 1994 when I was in
Austria meeting with the men who plan things like this.

It is now time for the break with SErbia, therefore, the establishment media
can finally tell us the truth.

Djukanovic: Montenegro may go own way
   BELGRADE, Yugoslavia, Sept. 15 (UPI) - Montenegrin President Milo
Djukanovic has accused the Serbian leadership of trying to destabilize
Montenegro and expressed support for what he called pro-democratic
forces in Serbia, Belgrade Beta news agency reported.
   Djukanovic was speaking to reporters in Budapest after talks with
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban and Foreign Minister Janos
Martonyi.
   He said Montenegro would go ahead with economic reforms and introduce
its own currency if Serbia rejected reforms and a currency board for the
creation of a common convertible currency.
   He said he had told Martonyi that while he thought Yugoslav President
Slobodan Milosevic belonged to the past, not all problem would be solved
with his departure from the political scene. Serbian citizens themselves
should be instrumental in democratizing Serbia, Djukanovic told
reporters.
   Asked about his relations with the Yugoslav president, Djukanovic
said, "There is no cooperation between Milosevic and me, we have not
met in 1999."
   He said Milosevic is the man who convenes sessions of the supreme
defense council, where the two of them and the Serbian president should
meet to map out Yugoslavia's military strategy, and the ball is now in
Milosevic's court.
   "He didn't find it necessary to call a meeting of this body even
during the NATO bombing, assessing that the situation was quite all
right and there was no need to consult with anybody," Djukanovic
complained.
   In remarks on what has come to be known as "tribal rallies" of
people traditionally belonging to Montenegro's numerous tribes,
Djukanovic said Milosevic's repertoire of actions was exhausted.
   "These are the same channels, which were used in the (Croatian)
Krajina and in Bosnia and which everywhere met with a complete fiasco,"
he said.
   "Milosevic obviously has no other method but to attempt the
territorial dismemberment of Montenegro and to jeopardize civilian peace
in Montenegro by way of tribal rallies."
   At these rallies, loyalty has been expressed to Milosevic and Serbia
and threats made to separate tribal territory and join it to Serbia. The
Montenegrin authorities claim that the rallies have been stage-managed
from Serbia.
   "Milosevic believed Montenegro is still at the end of the 18th
century when it had tribal conflicts. But as the (last year's
parliamentary) elections demonstrated, Montenegro has chosen a different
road, despite Milosevic, one of economic reform and democracy on which I
think Montenegro is stable." Djukanovic said.
