Fifteen years ago, I immigrated to the United States in Maryland and have since then been naturalized as an U.S. citizen. In 1992, I moved to New Castle County, Delaware after I bought a single house in this State. While I was serving in Taiwan's Defense Department, I handled a classified military document concerning the mind reading machine. In addition, I know some victims of life control in Taiwan; and I do know some life controllers & operatives of Taiwan, US & few operatives of China (immigrants from China). Furthermore, I have researched on the technologies of mind control, life control weapons, surveillance system for many years. Therefore, I have real knowledge on mind control technologies, life control surveillance system, remote electrical method for life manipulation and illness/death inducing techniques. I am publishing this web page to share the facts & my research concerning remote electrical method, inducing illness/death techniques & with invisibility technology in current surveillance system. I openly report the fact that some involved LEO & operatives use invisibility technology to enter people's homes and then induce illness/death on victims from surveillance stations/system. This is because I believe that our first loyalty are to the Constitution of our country (and its democratic system) and not to anyone else. According to insider information, the invisibility technology & illness/death inducing techniques have been illegally and secretly used in current (emotions & behaviors control) surveillance system of most countries in order to control their citizens� lives. Furthermore, there is a secret agreement between many countries' involved LEO (law enforcement officers) to make this type of equipment and surveillance system available to foreign overseas LEO & operatives in order to extend their power to overseas. Therefore, the involved LEO & operatives can also control or manipulate their citizens' lives outside of their country. This secret agreement & cooperation between different countries' involved LEO & operatives can induce illness/death on their citizens everywhere. This cooperation can be used to induce illness/death on anyone who know their secrets & corruption to cover-up this international conspiracy of life manipulation & inducing illness/death from surveillance stations/system. It is a grave threat to the civil rights, liberties and lives of all American citizens and the very ideas upon which this nation was founded on (The rights of Life and Liberty cannot be deprived without due process of law). This threat is that the illness/death inducing techniques are illegally used in the surveillance system by involved law enforcement officers & operatives to deprive citizens' health/lives without due process of law. Currently, most people are not aware of remote life manipulation & inducing of illness/death from surveillance stations/system. That's because they don't understand remote electrical life manipulation methods (and inducing illness/death techniques) and the lethal functions of so-called non-lethal weapons - the sound & radiation waves weapons. (e.g., including the most lethal weapons-laser gun, laser beam, sonic weapon, etc. and these most lethal weapons have been secretly used by involved LEO & operatives from surveillance stations/system). Furthermore, regular citizens have no knowledge about the function of current state-of-the-art surveillance system and invisibility technology (which was originally discovered in the Philadelphia Experiment). By using the invisibility technology from surveillance station/system, the operatives can become invisible and enter people's homes to monitor everyone's activities or induce illness/death on anyone from people's homes, cars, boats, etc. and these surveillance stations exist in every county or large city. I was a graduate of Taiwan's Army Finance & Quartermaster School & graduated at the top of my class with a bachelor degree. However, my major is finance and not science. Therefore, if I didn't explain the life control system technologies clearly, it is only because I don't have enough technical knowledge to properly express what I know. However, it does not change the fact that these involved law enforcement officers & operatives have used remote electrical methods to manipulate citizens' emotions, behaviors and induce illness/death on citizens (including political leaders- e.g. FL. Governor Lawton Chiles was induced brain hemorrhage in 1995 & assassinated in 1998-see details on webpage Part XVI)) without most victims' knowledge. My home page on the inducing illness/death from life control surveillance system are based on the facts, which include news articles, information from scientists' books, released CIA documents, reported cases, documented report, etc. to the best of my knowledge. Therefore, no one can simply deny it without counter-evidences. For example, 1. The remote electric method of mind control research technologies. (A). The evaluation will be conducted toward the application of selected elements of these techniques to Man. ========== 2. The inducing illnesses/deaths techniques: (A). The released document of CIA. (attachment) "Assassination by 'Natural Causes' - CIA Considered Inducing Death" _Washington Post_ (04/02/79) ========== Heavily censored CIA documents from a quarter-century ago show the Agency considered performing experiment on terminal cancer patients under the guise of "legitimate medical work. The document do not indicate, however, whether the inducing cancer and heart attack got the memorandum stage. The CIA project apparently started with an undated, unsigned note indicating concern about the vulnerability of US leaders to assassination by "natural cause." "Knock off key people," the heavily censored document said, "how knock off key guys...natural cause... Human subjects would be available for work that could be carried out as legitimate medical research..." ========== (B). News report on radio-frequency weapon: Since 1960s, the Pentagon has been pursuing similar device. (attachment) "Wonder Weapons" by Douglas Pasternak _US News & World Report_ (7 July 97) ========== The 1987 issue of Soviet Military Power, a cold war Pentagon publication, warned that the Soviets might be close to "a prototype short-range tactical RF [radio frequency] weapon." The Washington Post reported that year that the Soviets had used such weapons to kill goats at 1 kilometer's range. The Pentagon, it turns out, has been pursuing similar devices since the 1960s. ========== This powerful and deadly weapon have been mostly used to a powerful, deadly, high frequency weapon and mainly used to destroy a victim's heart function outdoors & indoors (to murder people and make it as if the result of natural causes-heart attack). Furthermore, this radio-frequency weapon can be used to kill the target up to a kilometer away. (C). The heart attack inducing technique information from scientist' book. (attachment) _The Body Electric_ ========== In the 1960s Dr. Frey reported that he can use the microwave radiation speed up, slow down, or even stop the isolated frog hearts by synchronizing the pulse rate of the microwave beam with the beat of heart itself. Similar results have been obtained using live frogs, indicating that it's technically feasible to produce heart attack with a ray designed to penetrate the human chest. =========== (D). The Operation Pandora in Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA). This research on "studies demonstrating how to induce heart seizures, create leaks in the blood/brain barrier" are obviously related with inducing illnesses/death of brain hemorrhage & heart failure. Guyatt =========== >From 1965 through to 1970, Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA), with up to 70-80% funding provided by the military, set in motion operation PANDORA to study the health and psychological effects of low intensity microwaves with regard to the so-called "Moscow signal." This project appears to have been quite extensive and included (under U.S. Navy funding) studies demonstrating how to induce heart seizures, create leaks in the blood/brain barrier and production of auditory hallucinations. =========== 3. The Invisibility technology: (A). According to the book _Without A Trace_ by Charles Berlitz" and The Philadelphia Experiment from A-Z" web-site: The goal of that the experiment was successful at sea with an effective invisibility of spheroid shape extending 100 yards from each beam.... "Philadelphia Experiment" was to "cloak" the ship from view, but they got optical invisibility and teleportation instead. It states that: "On the 28th of October in 1943, at 17:15, the final test on the Eldridge was performed. The electromagnetic field generators were turned on again, and the Eldridge became near-invisible; only a faint outline of the hull remained visible in the water. Everything was fine for the first few seconds, and then, in a blinding blue flash, the ship completely vanished. Within seconds it reappeared miles away, in Norfolk, Virginia, and was seen for several minutes". (B). According to insider information, the technologies of invisibility & interdimensional travel of Philadelphia Experiment have been developed successfully by the US. Later, these technologies were transferred to Taiwan in order to test their effectiveness for use in surveillance system. Since 1960s, the invisibility & interdimensional travel technologies have been used in Taiwan's remote life control & illness/death inducing from surveillance system (this should also be the case in the current US surveillance stations/system). The information also states that operatives & small single-seated-propeller plane (installed with their equipment such as mind machine, weapons, etc.) become invisible and very small after enter a magnetic dimension by using the invisibility technology (discovered in the Philadelphia Experiment). By using the small single-seated-propeller planes, these operatives can travel in another (magnetic) dimension. From the surveillance stations/system, these operatives & their small plane (installed with weapon & equipment) can be sent to any place under surveillance (e.g., target's home/office) with interdimensional travel technology. According to the information, these invisible operatives become very small (tiny) when they are in the secret magnetic dimension, and their secret code name is "little bee." This codename verifies the inside information that these invisible operatives & equipment are very small in the magnetic dimension. Thus, this invisibility & inter-dimensional travel technology is more suitable for surveillance instead of military purposes. These "little bees" can hide anywhere (such on the upper section of a wall) in people's homes (because of their small size, invisibility & small propeller planes). They can also land on target's shoulder (without target's knowledge), or follow the target into the target's car (from target's home) or anywhere the target goes to maintain constant surveillance over the target's activities without the target's knowledge. So, by using invisibility & inter-dimensional travel technology, these operatives can maintain complete surveillance over their targets and induce illness/death on their victims anywhere (e.g., in victims' homes and offices) [please Part IX-A Philadelphia Experiment with Insider Information for details]. To return-to-normal space, these operatives only need to shutdown the generator in their "plane" which creates a strong electromagnetic field around the plane. After the strong electromagnetic field fade-out, these invisible operatives and their plane will be back in normal space and return to normal size. To prove the invisibility technology has been developed & used successfully from surveillance station/system, the secret informant further made detail explanation of how these technologies can be used on their target. For example, after these invisible operatives enter people's homes, they can use their generators to create the strong electromagnetic fields on a victim's letter, document or common household item (e.g. cookware) to make it invisible then take it away (making the item invisible & tiny, then remove it). If the removed item are bills and hid past its due day, it can damage victim's credit history. If removed item is an important document, it might cause serious legal or financial problem for the victim. In fact, some of my belongings have been stolen by these invisible operatives with the invisibility technology. For example, these invisible operatives had used the invisibility technology to steal an item from my home after they found that I successfully used it to block their monitoring system. I didn't believe the item could disappear because it was installed in a fixed location. Therefore, I started to ridicule these tiny invisible operatives as thief. Ultimately, they returned the item (left it around the same location a few days later). Furthermore, these tiny invisible operatives have recently stolen some bottles of rubbing alcohol from my storage closet. Why? That's because I have spread rubbing alcohol on these invisible operatives when they attack me (inducing illness/death on me) ,and it is very effective. Since these invisible operatives are very tiny (in the magnetic dimension) & cannot stand of the smell of alcohol (they have very little tolerance because of their small size), they stole few bottles from my home to prevent me from using it on them. It is possible that this technology have also been used by invisible operatives in the White House. According to news reports, documents concerning Hillary Clinton's activities in Whitewater & subpoenaed by Ken Starr disappeared in the offices of White House. However, the documents suddenly re-appeared in one of the White Office offices (in 1996) after this event had been tracked by Ken Starr & news reports for a few years. I do believe that none of the White House staffs would dare to hide these documents which was subpoenaed by an independent counsel. The logical explanation is that the invisible operatives used the invisibility technology on these documents in order to remove them. Their goal is to create distrust between either the White House and its staffs, or between Ken Starr and the White House. However, these invisible operatives returned the documents to an office table of the White House in 1996 after these documents' disappearance were well-reported by the media. If anyone disagree with that the document's disappearance was caused by these invisible operatives, I hope that he/she can point-out that who would dare to hide these document in a White House Office for couple years? Another tactic (used by these invisible operative in important cases) is to gain total control over an unaware targeted person's thoughts, emotional state, consciousness, speech, behaviors, etc. This is achieved by landing onto the head of the unaware target and use their mind control equipment & techniques directly on the target's head. This tactic is usually used under three circumstances. (B.1) The unaware target is an important decision maker. This tactic can affect the target's judgment/opinion and change target's decision to be in favor of the involved LEO. (B.2) The target is selected to be a mind-controlled murderer/assassin. Then, this tactic can be used to drive the target to kill (Before driving their target to kill, they might also secretly inject drugs, poisons on their target in order to drive their target to go on rampage). (B.3) The target was mind-controlled to kill and is on trial for that murder. This method can make the target appears to be mentally-ill, or produce incorrect testimonies on the stand. Hence, the mind-controlled killer appears to be crazy, and thus misleads the public to believe that the murder occurred because the defendant (mind-controlled killer) was mentally-ill. Based on the inside information, the involved LEO have used this technology for assassins (or inducing illness/death) from surveillance system and the originally involved research was mind control programs in 1940s after WW II. That's why in 1947, the US Navy began Operation Chatter which was a program involved with mind control research. According the paper, "Some Aspects of Anti-Personnel Electromagnetic Weapons," these mind control researches included MKULTRA, ARTICHOKE and CHATTER, etc. The paper also states that: "The principal aim of these (mind control) and associated programs was the development of a reliable "programmable" assassin. Secondary aims were the development of a method of citizen control." The above mind control research information has proven that the research of invisibility & interdimensional travel in Philadelphia experiment should have been developed successfully in Navy & would be used for life manipulation & inducing illness/death from surveillance system (see details on fourth reason). The above fact further proves that the inside information is obviously true. (C). After the invisibility technology has been proven a obtainable goal with the Philadelphia Experiment, they had other agendas behind the experiments. Two of these other agendas are obviously related with the invisible operatives interdimensional travel in surveillance system. (C.1) A military agenda, they wanted this ability as a weapon to move personnel and cargo instantaneously from one point to another; and (C.2) An extraterrestrial agenda, which was to map out the earth's planetary magnetic grid work for interdimensional travel (as stated in attachment 1) If the above goals of the experiment have been developed successfully, the operatives & their weapons, equipment, propellers certainly can become invisible and transported to people's home for surveillance (remote viewing) or inducing illness/death. (attachment)-The Philadelphia Experiment- Written by Drue ========== It was the early hours of August 15th, 1943 ... When we switched the generators to full power, it had created a strong electromagnetic field, which totally overcame and engulfed us within a heavy fog or a mist. It was at this precise moment that I sensed myself being shook violently from a strong vibration and at the same time I noted the ship disappearing from around and below me... I got involved with the project in 1938 and worked closely with Tesla, .. The three key agendas that were very much part of this experimentation were: a military agenda, since we were at war (WW II) they wanted this ability as a weapon to move personnel and cargo instantaneously from one point to another; and lastly, an extraterrestrial agenda, which was to map out the earth's planetary magnetic grid work for interdimensional travel. ========== Based on the above passage, Drue actually travel in another dimension on earth for a few seconds on 15 Aug. 1943. That's because the ship used in the Philadelphia Experiment was transported from the Philadelphia port to Norfolk, VA. through a secret magnetic dimension (interdimensional travel). Therefore, it is obvious that Drue was a interdimensional traveler and not a time traveler because Drue neither went to the past nor to the future. Given the above information, the invisibility (including men & equipment) technology and interdimensional travel on earth have been discovered & proven to be feasible in 1943. Therefore, differing opinions on whether the technology of invisibility and interdimensional travel was discovered accidentally or not is not important.
