One individual (driven to extremes of stress by ongoing electronic harassment focusing on her children) killed one child in an effort to protect her from further pain. Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee of a local power company that , if she value the lives of her children, she would drop the her opposition to the company's installation of high power lines. Since receiving that threat, the individual 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization treatment of illness which cannot be diagnosed. It's now also apparent to this individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally induced auditory input. ========== (B) The information from document report: How am I positive to say that life controllers can use the invisible sound or radiation wave weapons to manipulate people's lives without most of victims' knowledge? I would use the below formal document to prove my words. The following information is a report on nonlethal technologies, issued by the Council on Foreign Relations. Although this information tell us that the invisible sound or radiation wave weapons are the specially designed by government to against terrorists and drug traffickers, these career officers (LEO) and operatives can also use it to manipulate people' lives. That's because this information has proven that these invisible sound or radiation wave weapons can be used to injure victim from any direction without victim's knowledge. Furthermore, it does prove that the invisible wave weapons currently are in the hands of law enforcement officers (LEO). Since these LEO (& operatives) didn't use these invisible sound or radiation wave (so called nonlethal) weapons on any terrorist in the cases of NY WORLD TRADE CENTER Bombing & OKC Bombing, it has shown these weapons actually used to manipulate or kill regular people's lives in surveillance system However, LEO claim that these weapons will be used to against terrorists. Under such kind of excuse, LEO can request our government to develop & transfer these invisible wave weapons to LEO. Please read carefully on the sentence which has been marked-as ***. Let's read the main clause of above sentence carefully-"this be done secretly so that the victims do not know where the attack is from." This proves that the law enforcement officers (& operatives) can use the invisible wave weapon to attack the victims and victims do not know where the attack is from. That's because this attack done so secretly. I would remind readers the reported cases of Microwave Harassment & Mind Control Experimentation" by Julianne McKinney on above. The above cases tell us that these victims did not know where the attack was from (even they know that they were injured in the first case). It does prove that the document of CFR tell the truth. Now, let's read the subordinate clause of this report carefully-"or if there even is an attack." This proves that the victims could be attacked with the invisible sound or radiation wave weapons without victims' knowledge. It means that after the life controllers use the invisible wave weapons to manipulate the victims' lives (or attack victims), the victims does not even know that if there is an attack (on them). This is how the life controllers manipulate people's lives with the invisible sound or radiation wave weapons. The above document has formally confirmed that the law enforcement officers (operatives) can use the invisible wave weapon to manipulate people's lives without people's knowledge. Such kinds of injuries will be different with the above cases which victims know that they were injured. It means that life controllers can manipulate people's lives without most of victims' knowledge. 5. Law enforcement officers use mind control equipment & life control weapons: (A) The information from report document: see detail on above Nonlethal weapons report of Foreign relation Council. (B). The information from News report: Based on NIJ report, the information of 4/94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN report, MICROWAVE NEWS Nov/Dec 1993, and NEXUS magazine, it prove that state & local law enforcement have used the mind control equipment (microwave voice equipment-Voice synthesis) and life control weapons (microwave, infrasound, radio-frequency weapon, electromagnetic pulse weapon, etc.) on civilians. Therefore, state and local law enforcement have become mind control basic units. police officers become life controllers of local people. Why do I call these weapons life control weapons instead of "nonlethal" weapons? That's because (as mentioned earlier) the frequency and intensity of these weapons' can be adjusted and used to manipulate citizens' health (when it is used on low setting) or induce death on citizens (when these weapons are used on high setting) & make the deaths look like the result of natural causes. I would use three of the weapons mentioned above as examples To further clarify it. (B.1). Radio-frequency weapon--This powerful and deadly weapon have been mostly used to a powerful, deadly, high frequency weapon and mainly used to destroy a victim's heart function outdoors & indoors (to murder people and make it as if the result of natural causes- heart attack). That's because the radio-frequency weapon generate powerful radiation that can be used to destroy the function of the targeted person's heart. This would make the target to die for heart failure and as if s/he had a heart attack on surface. Furthermore, this radio-frequency weapon can be used to kill the target up to a kilometer away. (attachment) "Wonder Weapons" ========== The 1987 issue of Soviet Military Power, a cold war Pentagon publication, warned that the Soviets might be close to "a prototype short-range tactical RF [radio frequency] weapon." The Washington Post reported that year that the Soviets had used such weapons to kill goats at 1 kilometer's range. The Pentagon, it turns out, has been pursuing similar devices since the 1960s. ========== If the hidden emitters of such kind of weapon have been installed on lights poles (at 1 kilometer interval such that they have installed the hidden emitter on one light pole every kilometer along the road), then the operatives can murder any victim (including suspecting victims who has no protection) outside one's home and kill unknowing victim anywhere (including in their own homes). According to above report, the US has been pursuing similar devices (as radio-frequency weapon) since 1960s. It has shown similar device should have been developed and secretly used by US life controllers in the late 1960s Based on above news report, it have confirmed that police officers have been using this deadly weapons to control local people's lives. (B.2). Laser weapon: The laser beam can penetrate anything and it can be used to injure victims. The laser beam weapons not only can penetrate everything, but it also can cause seriously injury on the victim without leaving external evidence. >From HEADLINE News (10/21/97), the CNN affiliate, did a story on laser eye surgery on eye patients and showed that the surgery left no injured evidence (on the eyes). This means that after the laser surgery had been performed on the patient's eyes, it doesn't leave any evidence of injury which can be seen by human's normal vision (because the width of the laser beam is so small, and it only burn off the very top layer of the eye). We know that classified technology will be ahead of civilian technology by at least five years. So, if civilian scientists have successfully developed this laser surgery technology, it has shown that the US life controllers must have similar capabilities for many years. Such kind of laser beam attack can be used by the US life controllers to injure the citizens' hearts or kidneys to induce heart or kidney dysfunction (on the targeted people). Comparing with victims' reports and my own experiences of being injured with laser beam, the US corrupted LEO & operatives usually use this weapon to induce heart dysfunction & kidney dysfunction on their victims. Infrasound weapon: According to Defense news reported that on Dec. 15, 1992, Janet Morris stated that she and the Richmond, Virginia-based International Health-line Corporation "have briefed senior U.S. intelligence and Army officials about the Russian capabilities, which Morris said could include hand-held devices for purposes of special operations, crowd control and anti-personnel actions." Morris reported that this particular weapon creates "BONE-CONDUCTING SOUND WAVES that cannot be offset by protective gear These devices appear to work at the Very Low Frequency (VLF) spectrum, the same frequency range as generated by the sinister U.S. Gwen (Ground Wave Emergency Network) system of transmitters. The above infrasound weapon use the very low frequency wave and creates "BONE-CONDUCTING SOUND WAVES that cannot be offset by protective gear because it is hardly to feel. Such kind of weapon is obviously not used to control crowd because a control crowd weapon must can be easily felt by target to cause fear then run away from the scene in order to disperse crowd. Otherwise, the crowd won't be fear to the weapon and continuously stay at scene. Therefore, such kind of infrasound weapon of local LEO is obviously used to secretly manipulate citizens' lives in surveillance system without victims' knowledge. Furthermore, according to victims' report & my own experiences, infrasound weapon not only has been used for remote life manipulation from surveillance stations/system, but lately the infrasound weapon has become more powerful than ever before.
