faciities have crowd control devices that lend themselves towards "security
staging areas during times of "unrest". In Eugene Oregon there has been
built a juvenile detention center right next to UO stadium. It could be used
for more disagreeable types. But still the question gets down to hoodwink and
troops. You put foregin troops on the street and you won't believe the amount
of firepower and unity you will see. You may get isolated fighting of people
and groups against each other. But there will be no big breakdown and there
will be no troops. Who is going to give the order and who is going to follow.
Do you think that there are enough brainwashed or hoodwinked military
personnel, that are going to hold by martial law large expanse of actual
physical territory. AND that is what it would take and even then it would be
open to all kinds of attack. No stealth, lies, corruption are more the syle
of the drooling juveniles currently expending their testeronical displays.
