-Caveat Lector- There are two sides to this and though I agree, for the most part, with the assertions below, the other side is that within finite parameters of time/space/resources there may well be a shortfall between production and consumption. But you are correct that THEORETICALLY there is no limit to the carrying capacity of space. It's a big universe out there.
