Altered evidence; or omitted evidence that alters the final report. That is something I first discovered of the FAA and NTSB while an FAA inspector responsible for the most senior program at United Airlines. It is "old hat," and made possible by the coverups and obstruction of justice by the media and other sources that become complicit. I have detailed and documented these matters in the various books that I have written trying to inform and motivate people.
