Truly, it doesn't matter who raped a child!!!  Whether physically or emotionally.  The damage is done! The child is innocent,  and his/her innocence has been stolen from him/her...  and cannot be replaced!  Shame on such a person, no matter of his sexual orientation for even thinking to do such a thing , muchless performing it!!! SHAME ON THEM!!!   That child is scarred for life for the lusts of a whore!  (Male - female - hetero - homo...  it doesn't matter!!!)   Locked away?  Throw away the key...  in my opinion...   BUT,  isn't it amazing that the court system of this country  ~WINKS~  (and praises Megan's Law)...  at such atrocities!  They don't want pedophiles in the prison system because they know what the hard core murderer's and thieves do to those who commit crimes against innocent children and women...  and the gov doesn't want to deal with it...  so they give the public "Megan's Law" ...  And just what is that supposed to accomplish?    Castration is the only answer for male offenders...  And for women,  do I need to go into any detail what should be done with them?   The whole idea of raping a child is just plain sick and perverted!!! Who are you kidding? If the issue was RAPE, who cares if it was homosexual or heterosexual? The ONLY issue at hand is a teacher taking advantage of a student. I don't care what the specific plumbing of the participants was: the teacher should sit behind bars and the student should remain anonymous (I am a 100% believer that the names of a child victim should be sealed and whatever reporter pusblishes it should rot in hell or a prison cell under a contmept charge for awhile.)
