Flu Claims the Life of Martha Brimer - From 'John Bro'
Back in June of 1995, when I first discovered that I could use the light of
the sun to expose some unusual objects -- that were apparently concealed in
light spectrum... I did not own a videocamera to record the events... so a
kindly senior citizen named Martha Brimer allowed me to borrow her camera...
-- thus, my saga began.
It is with deep regret that I have to tell you that the flu that has been
rampaging across the world weakened her to the point that she passed away
last Wednesday.
Martha's passing is also a great loss to the UFO community... as her
archives of fantastic images.. utilizing 'The Technique' was formidable.. to
say the least. Her family doesn't believe in any of this... so, most
likely.. her library is lost to us forever.
Some of the video stills from those tapes were quite amazing. I sent one to
Art Bell -- and he found it so intriguing..that he had me come on his show
with Lee and Britt Elders -- and he posted this image on his website.

With Martha's help.. I, myself was subsequently interviewed and featured on
'SIGHTINGS' - 'Hardcopy' - Jaime Masson's 60 'Minutos' KNBC News in Los
Angeles... and Art Bell's - 'Coast to Coast' radio program. The story became
even stranger... as a couple of months after I discovered 'The Technique' -
I was hired as a space alien on a television show - 'SPACE: ABove and
Beyond.' This job lasted approximately one year.

As you might imagine, my being a space alien on television shows did not
help my credibility in the field of Ufology. Somehow, I feel that it was
all connected... in some strange way. Martha Brimer was a true pioneer in
the genre' -- holding one of the most awesome libraries of personally
recorded UFO video that there ever was. T.J. Constable was amazed when we
showed it to him. Now... I fear that her story and contributions to Ufology
will be lost forever.
I felt the need to pass that along to you. In her passing, the flu bug cost
us all a great deal.

The CIA Is Our To Get Us - By Ross Raihala The Fargo Forum
The Discovery Channel recently premiered the fascinating and somewhat
frightening special "On the Inside: The CIA."
The two-hour special - which airs at 5 p.m. today, 8 p.m. Wednesday and 5
p.m. Saturday - has much to scare conspiracy theorists. Take, for example,
this quote from CIA senior operations officer Chase Brandon:
"If you look at our surveillance airplane, the SR-71 Blackbird, we'll now
admit that with 35-year-old aviation technology and 35-year-old cameras,
from 85,000 feet the SR-71 could take pictures of golf balls on a putting
green. And it probably wouldn't be incorrect if you assumed we could also
read whether that (golf ball) was a Titleist or a Wilson. It existed 35
years ago, and you can just imagine the kind of things that are done now."
The documentary was shot with "unprecedented cooperation at the highest
level of the CIA" and was filmed at some locations that have never been seen
before by many CIA employees.
Among the revelations of the show:
*The actual number of CIA employees is classified.
*CIA employee badges show only faces, no names. It is not uncommon for
employees to eat together in the CIA dining room for years and years and not
know each other's real identity or function.
*"Top Secret" is not the highest level of security. The name of even higher
classification levels is . a secret.
*Everyone who works for the CIA, from kitchen workers to covert operations
directors, has a designated security clearance.
*Printed documents are destroyed in a multi-step process. Every day CIA
employees dump their paper waste into paper burn bags. The bags are
discarded down special trash chutes, collected and sent off to a specially
designed incinerator. After burning, the ashes are routinely checked, then
mulched.
*The CIA headquarters building is shielded in copper to keep potential
enemies from intercepting electromagnetic signals from computers.
*All entrances to CIA headquarters are equipped with steel barricades that
can pop out of the ground at a moment's notice.
*The protective electronic fence that surrounds the headquarters uses
top-secret technology to detect the slightest movement.
*Potential CIA recruits are subject to an extensive background investigation
and a polygraph examination in which they are asked questions about their
personal history and moral integrity.

Signals Revive Slight Hope for Mars Lander
NASA says it is transmitting new commands toward Mars amid indications that
its Polar Lander spacecraft has been weakly trying to phone home. Mission
managers say the radio signals, received twice in the last two months, are
so faint that it's taken weeks to make them out, and they caution that their
expectations are low. Nevertheless, the development has revived hopes for
the luckless lander.
The MARS POLAR LANDER was due to touch down on the Martian surface Dec. 3,
at the climax of a $165 million mission to study the planet's climate and
soil composition near the south pole. Nothing has been heard from the probe
since it plunged into Mars' thin atmosphere, and on Jan. 17, NASA gave up
efforts to contact the craft. However, after a review of radio data,
mission managers now say that Polar Lander may have sent faint responses to
NASA's efforts on Dec. 18 and Jan. 4.
The spacecraft was instructed to send a UHF signal directly to a 45-meter
(150-foot) radio antenna at Stanford University during those times - and
although nothing was noted at the time, the team in charge of the Stanford
antenna said a weak signal showed up when the telemetry was processed. The
development was discussed by mission managers over the weekend and first
reported Tuesday by THE DENVER POST.
To follow up on the signals, NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory sent a new
series of commands Tuesday, instructing the lander to contact the Stanford
antenna during communications windows beginning at 4 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 10
p.m. ET Wednesday. At this point, nothing has been heard.
"This week's test is a real long shot, and I wouldn't want to get anyone too
excited about it," Richard Cook, project manager for Polar Lander, said in a
written statement
"The signal that the Stanford team detected is definitely artificial, but
there are any one of a number of places it could have originated on or near
Earth. Still, we need to conduct this test to rule out the possibility that
the signal could be coming from Polar Lander."
It will take several days to determine whether or not a signal was received,
the Jet Propulsion Laboratory said. The data processing task is as
challenging as "looking for a (particular) grain of sand on the beach," said
spokeswoman Mary Hardin.
If the lander is sending a carrier tone via its UHF transmitter, that would
imply that its main radio transmitter was broken, and that it couldn't relay
data via the Global Surveyor spacecraft, which is currently orbiting Mars.
Under such conditions, there would be little hope of receiving any data of
scientific value, NASA said. But the test could help the space agency
figure out what went wrong with the mission, by ruling out particular
failure scenarios.

- WATCH OUT FOR THAT YELLOW SNOW DEPARTMENT -
AQU TRACKS MYSTERIOUS CREATURE IN QUEBEC (Thanks to UFO ROUNDUP)
The Association Quebecoise de Ufologie (AQU) is investigating the discovery
of strange footprints of an animal unknown to science that were found near
Three Rivers, Quebec, Canada in 1997.
According to AQU president Gilles Millot, on November 14, 1997, Real
Descoteaux and two other witnesses "decided to help a friend who wanted to
clear a snowmobile track in the forest. After a few minutes of walking, the
three witnesses saw a strange animal print in the snow. It was totally
unknown to any of them. It looked like three fingers (digits--J.T.) with
claws and was eight or nine inches long."
Continuing on alone, Descoteaux walked into a clearing beside a frozen
swamp. "As he reached the clearing, he suddenly felt a great heat coming
from the ground. The heat then stopped as soon as he stepped past the
clearing, leaving only the cold air of November to fill the void."
Later a second witness joined Descoteaux in the clearing. "And then he felt
the same sensation of heat coming from the ground at the exact same spot.
When the third witness arrived at 5 p.m., he too described a sensation of
heat in the clearing."
"Three days later, they returned, but the snow had melted and the footprint
had disappeared." Descoteaux and the second witness decided to inspect the
area, anyway. "After walking 100 feet down a small stream, he was amazed to
find five or six footprints identical to the one they had discovered in the
snow. a few days earlier.
Descoteaux took many color photographs of the footprints and showed them to
Quebec provincial wildlife specialists. Millot added, "These specialists
could not identify the footprints and were extremely curious about them."
In August 1999, Descoteaux contacted Millot and invited the AQU to
investigate the case. On November 15, 1999, two years after the original
discovery, AQU team members and Yvon LeClerc, an authority on fossil
footprints, visited the site. LeClerc also closely studied the photographs
taken in 1997 "but he, too, couldn't identify the footprints." (Merci

- THEM STRANGE THINGS IN THE SKY DEPARTMENT -
[Some]Historical UFO's Submitted By PARA
The history of UFO's is as old as humanity itself. Since the very earliest
times people have struggled to understand the appearance of these sky
visitors much as we do today. Indeed the first cave-men found them so
curious that they drew their shape and outline on the walls of their caves.
For instance the caves at Altamira in Spain, La Pasiega, Niaux, and Les
Trois Freres in France all feature curious hub-like objects, that look
impressively like modern day drawings of UFO sightings! At Niaux the
drawings feature a saucer like object with what looks like a
vapour trail following on behind it.
In his book ''Beyond Earth" author Ralph Blum comments that in the caves at
Ussat in France, "all object remarkably like our Lunar Module, complete with
ladder and antennas, stands on four crane legs, and beneath it as though to
give the scale is an erect human figure."
The traditional writings of nearly every culture on earth make copious
reference to strange fiery craft that arrive from the sky. Indian mythology
is especially rich with these accounts, describing these craft as Vimanas -
flying chariots - capable of unleashing tearful weapons with "the power of
all the universe"!
In Mesopotamia an ancient text, the 'Epic of Etana', tells of bizarre flying
machines that once held rule in the sky. Amongst other things it details the
adventures of a certain individual who was taken aboard such a vessel as it
rose to a great height above the Earth. So high in tact that it became
impossible "to distinguish between land and sea".
In his book 'Secrets of the Lost Races', author Rene Noorbergen makes the
following comment: " Whatever the vehicle of ascent may have been, the 'Epic
of Etana' certainly supplies us with a very accurate description of the
Earth's surface from various altitudes - descriptions which were not
verified in our own era until the first space shots of the 1960s."
In classical times the Roman writer Livy tells of a "flying altar" that once
appeared in the sky, and the historian Pliny the Elder speaks of peculiar
lights which he called "suns of the night''!
In his epic work 'Historia Francorum, 584 AD, the Bishop of Tours in France,
is perplexed by curious "domes and golden globes that raced across the sky".
In AD 779, Agobard, the Archbishop of Lyon in France recorded a reference to
a celestial region that the people of the day had come to know as Mangonia!
This was a place where strange ships sailed to in the clouds.
Although the Archbishop was almost contemptuous of the whole story, calling
it a great "stupidity", he nonetheless gives an extensive report of the
subject! He even talks of an abductee account, of three men and a woman
about to be stoned, having fallen from these same ships"! The four claimed
to have been carried away by miraculous men who showed them 'marvels and
wonders', and upon their return were told to tell of the majesty they had
seen! Unfortunately their account was taken as sure proof of the having
consorted with the devil, for which they would no doubt have been burnt.
Happily for them though, the Archbishop persuaded all concerned that the
whole episode was just an illusion and that what they had seen was clearly
impossibly in his words "truth prevailed", and their lives were spared!
In 1271 in Japan, the appearance of a bright object in the sky saved a
condemned priest named Nichiren from imminent execution. Almost at the last
moment a huge luminous object appeared overhead casting great tear into the
hearts of all those present. The event was widely interpreted as an
unfavourable omen, and the lucky priest was allowed to go free!
Interestingly enough, a full eight centuries before the term 'Flying
Saucers' became popular, contemporary accounts from Japan in the 11th
century speak of "earthenware vessels" of astonishing luminosity flying
through the air! In fact the Japanese are credited with the first official
investigation of the UFO phenomenon. This came to the astonishing conclusion
that the whole mystery was nothing more "than the wind shaking the stars".
Throughout the Middle Ages UFO's continued to excite speculation.
Unfortunately any objective analysis of the topic was stifled by fear of the
stake. For instance the sixteenth century scientist Giordano Bruno met with
just such a fate with his apparently innocent suggestion that: "There are
also countless Earth's turning around their suns, neither worse nor less
inhabited than our globe!"
Despite these fears people continued to record sightings at regular
intervals. Monks at St Albans in Hertfordshire were treated to the sight of
a "kind of a ship, large, elegantly shaped and well equipped, and of a
marvellous colour!"
>From Tubingen in Germany the year 1577 brought a baffling manifestation of
weird black hats that were seen in the heavens! A publication of that time
remarks: "Out of these clouds have come forth reverberations resembling
large, tall and wide hats, and the earth showed itself yellow and bloody
and seemed to be covered with hats, tall and wide, which appeared in various
colours such as red, blue, green, and most in black!"
The 7th August, 1566 brought 'Large black Globes' to the skies over Basel in
Switzerland, the 'Basel Broadsheet' by Samuel Coccius of that year records
the event pictorially in great detail.
In Nuremberg, Germany, a broadsheet records the events at sunrise on 14
April 1561: The globes, crosses and tubes "began to fight one another", and
this went on for an hour. Then they all fell to earth, as if on fire, and
faded slowly away producing a lot of steam. Afterwards a black spear-like
object was seen, and the whole event was taken to be a 'divine warning'.
Hermann Schaden drew an object in 1493 of what appears to be a monolith
hovering above the landscape with flames sprouting from around the sides,
not dissimilar to the 'Black Monolith' in Arthur C. Clark's science fiction
novel, "2001-A Space Odyssey" and its sequel "2010".
In China, an illustration from the Sung Dynasty, 990-179 AD, shows a strange
looking flying chariot containing a Chinese man.
The subject of these amazing aerial perplexities became the preoccupation of
several great thinkers! Paracelsus, the great alchemical genius of the 15th
century felt particularly attracted to the subject!
A popular notion of the day was to see the explanation in terms of elemental
beings occupying a plane of existence between man and the angels. Paracelsus
wrote a complete manuscript on the subject but thought it hazardous to make
contact with these beings!
In his book "Why These Things Appear to Us" he wrote: "Everything God
creates manifests itself to Man sooner or late ... Thus these beings appear
to us, not in order to stay among us, but in order for us to become able to
understand them"!
So far unfortunately that understanding has failed to materialize Instead we
have a continuing mystery that has baffled mankind for thousands of years
and will no doubt go on doing so for many more years to come.

Now that the Earth and its inhabitants have exponentially and increasingly
entered into another stage, as far as the "UFO phenomenon" is concerned,
during the last 10 or 15 years, we are instinctively -at least for the
moment-beginning to realize that the current situation on this planet is the
result of the suppressive interference brought about by the alien
controllers, but very specifically the type of alien known as the Grays from
Andromeda and the- up until very recently- unknown Markabians from the
Markab Confederacy (Sector 9, Milky Way).
A great deal of information has been researched and recorded about the Grays
from Andromeda in the Western Hemisphere but very little has been researched
and recorded about the other utterly "neglected" aliens known as the
Markabians.Why most UFO researchers "favor" the
research of the Grays over the Markabians is not hard to find out:
Apparently the current situation on this planet is that the Grays are
connected with the U.S. and the rest of the American Continent while the
Markabians are connected with the European Union and Russia.
In other words all the upheavals, new incurable diseases, computer control,
subjective-crimeless laws, mental control, the breakdown of organized
religion, and so on, are the tools used by these two alien races being in
competition to see who is who and who wins the ownership of this planet.
Now that we seem to know and understand the ultimate Andromedan agenda for
this planet, very little has been recorded in print format(books) about the
structure, organization, techniques, control, and the actual precise
location of these bases on Earth where the Andromedans live and return after
they accomplish their assigned missions. If no books have been written
dealing with this new UFO breakthrough, it is understandable: such
investigative work would be impossible and ultimately would end up in the
death of the researcher given the extremely dangerous atmosphere surrounding
these bases; such endeavor demands a high level of spiritual rehabilitation
and its inherent abilities such as voluntary spiritual exteriorization from
the flesh and bones body; telepathy and past lives recall...
